Ordered a Horror book and received a pamphlet? Of a love story with only one chapter in it. This is a TOTAL scam!

*SCAM ALERT* whoever owns this company should be arrested for fraud. They are robbing our bank accounts for false advertisement. It took a month and a half to get expedited shipping of complete garbage. Was supposed to receive 3 different “Blind With A Date” full novels. One horror, one romance, and one holiday romance. What this garbage package contained was THREE PAMPHLETS of the same title which consists of a prologue and the first chapter only!! All 3 were Nicholas Sparks “The Rescue” along with STRING, stickers of telephones and fans (I wish I were making this up!!) and dried out highlighters worse than dollar store. This is a disgrace and as a customer not only I was scammed I was frauded. They stolen $58 of my money with false advertisement, 1.5 months of shipping from China to Dayton Ohio and then to me. I am reporting them to the BBB, Bureau of Consumer Protection, ReportFraud.ftc.gov, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. If I could report them to the police for theft I will!!

I ordered my book November 28. I received it today one of them finally January 14 if I could give it no stars I would one highlighter a bookmark a page of stickers, a cheap flower, a piece of string, sticky notes and not even a book you can’t even call it a magazine. It’s a print out of a book. You can go to the dollar store and get a real book that would be worth more than this. It’s pathetic. It’s a scam and every advertisement on every social media of it is ripped off from Etsy or another place showing them opening up a real book do not order from them.

Nach viel nachlaufen, E-Mails und drohen ein Paket angekommen, billige Kopien.
Anstatt 2 Bestsellern gab es zwei billige "Prospekte" mit dem Prolog und den ersten 2 Kapiteln von einem Buch das nicht einmal dem bestellten Genre entspricht (anstatt Romance gab es eine Autobiografie) und auch nicht wie im Shop beworben, sondern alles in einer Tüte nur zusammen geworfen. Gesamtwert.... vielleicht 2€? Beide Pakete der gleiche Prospekt.
Fall ist bei PayPal gemeldet. Noch nichts passiert.

Total waste! Definitely not as described! There like little pamphlet books and cheap also not as described accessories! So upset, return policy says 30 days from ordering however I did not even receive my order for over a month!

Didn’t receive a book at all. A small pamphlet about a story not even in the same genre I requested. Cheap dollar store stickers. I did email them for a refund. Highly doubt I will get it. But just want to protect others from these criminals.

No book in the pkg, it was a scam copy of the front page of a book. This site pirated someones idea .
Got a sticker n sum cheap pen. Pamphlet in brown paper wrap.

BIZARTRE SCAMS

This company #bizartre is a SCAM! I ordered 4 gifts on 11/30/24. It is advertised as being available to be delivered within 4-5 days. As Christmas approached it wasn’t here. It finally arrived today (1/13/25). It was suppose to be one Mystery, one Thriller, one Holiday Romance and one Romance. I received the following pamphlets 2 The Rescue, 1 Dear John and 1 The Guardian (not books, not an entire story - just JUNK). I actually own the real books and these are definitely not it. I was suppose to receive a bookmark, stickers, highlighter, tea/coffee and other items that were relating to the genre of the book too. This is an absolute joke. What’s frustrating is I researched and didn’t see anyone saying it was a scam. But a bunch of us now are reporting it because the crap is now just arriving.

I have had many emails to the company demanding refund. They won’t refund. They keep saying items will arrive. I sent another email today but my guess is they won’t do anything because they are fraud.

This is a scam!!! A company named Bizartre!

#bizartre Facebook needs to shut them down!!

I am so frustrated and disgusted. This was my daughter’s Christmas gifts!

Terrible terrible terrible do not waste your money I am mortified I spent over $60 and received nothing near what it said it would be. Dried out marker and horrible stickers no book I’m reporting this company for the scams ordered just after thanksgiving and just received it today and had paid for express shipping I’m so pissed off lol

They do not send a book, it is not like advertised. It is a scam. It is a small pamphlet about a book, some stickers and a pen. Should have read the reviews. BEWARE

Same as all the other posts! I should have done research before dropping $55 on stickers and a few pages of a book.

Got mine today. Took a month to get here. A complete scam. All pamphlets seem to be by 'Nicholas Sparks'. Ditto everything everyone else reported, BUT BEWARE! This company has more than one name and they are still selling these.

Wish I could give a zero. Biggest rip off and disappointment ever. Not a book but a pamphlet wrapped in brown paper with everything else just in the package. Said it was coming from Italy(?!?) but return address on the envelope is Ohio. Took a month to get here. Trying to file a dispute. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but it belongs in the trash! DO NOT BUY!!!
UPDATE: Contacted customer service and sent requested pictures. They responded I received what I ordered (🤬) and offered me “compensation” of $4…

I wish I could give this zero stars. This company is a total scam. Make sure to read the fine print if you decide to order something from them. I ordered a "mystery" book item on 12/04/24 from an ad on Instagram. It is described as a book with extras to go with the book and it's wrapped as a "surprise" and had good reviewed on Instagram. The first tracking said it was coming from Italy and shipped within a couple days from the order. Per the tracking it was in Miami, FL as of 01/02/25. After no movement for a couple days I reached out to the company to see the status and they sent me a different tracking number. This time departing from China and that order was sent right around Christmas. I questioned the two different tracking numbers and original departure cities. They explained once they found out the original order had issued they sent out another shipment. I complained that it was poor customer service on their end and should have been communicated to the customer. They just said you item is scheduled to arrive within the time frame. I received the order today and there is no book. It is a pamphlet and a chapter of a random book along with cheap stickers, a highlighter and bookmark. I went back on the website because I wanted to file a dispute with my credit card company. I went and read the fine print and it describes as a chapter with some fun stickers etc.

If I could rate a "zero" stars, I would. This is a scam. The books aren't even whole books. It's as if they printed part of a book from the internet and wrapped a poster around it. The "extras" are terrible quality. Could have done a better job my self, even if I was limited to shopping at the dollar store. So disappointed. These were meant to be gifts. Shipping took at least 3 times as long as promised.

I did not get a book. I got a pamphlet that was typed...typing errors and not complete. Book from Amazon has 53 pgs ..the pamphlet has 22.
Looks like they go thru a 3rd party as well. It comes shipped by company called support 24. Terrible packaging. Took very long time to get. I ordered before Thanksgiving and got after Christmas. Very disappointed.

The marker sent was dry. Doesn't look new. Stickers are ok.

Definitely don’t let this site scam you like they did me. I usually don’t fall for these but was lured in by their “blind date with a book” ad, which seemed legit.

Shipping seemed to take a while so I looked into the site and realized I’d made a mistake. I was told I’d get a shipping notification when my package was shipped, and hadn’t received that yet, so I put in a request to cancel. They responded with an apology that the order had already been sent (despite me not receiving the email) and magically had a tracking number attached.

What I received is basically a bunch of garbage. Not even a novel, let alone a best seller. The promised stickers etc are there but nowhere near what the ad made them out to be. Package full of cheap trash, don’t fall for it.

DO NOT ORDER. I waited over 6 weeks to get 3 of these mystery books. I received them today and they are not even books! It's like a pamphlet with cheap stickers. I'm out $60. And if you try to leave a bad review, they delete it so you wouldn't know from the reviews they keep up.

Total scam. They sent a booklet they created with about the first 20 pages of a book that they typed up, riddle with errors and trashy accessories. They printed the front cover off of the internet and used it for this stapled-together booklet. I’m reporting it to my bank as fraud to get my money back. Stay clear!
