Transferred over to another company Surrey Tuning Ltd , found the guys there helpful and have been happy since

I’ve given 1 star, because I can’t give zero. I paid these people £6000, and got a plastic box with a coder in it, and a battery charger. The diagnostic reader was missing, and I was told “don’t worry, just go and buy a new one. The one we sent you was crap anyway”. I was promised a reader worth £250. I can’t get hold of anyone for the training they promised. All they’ve told me is how to spend more and more money, to get up and running. Avoid this company like the plague. Total scam and rip off artists. I’ve now lost £6000 that I really can’t afford to lose. Scum.

Still trying to connect to Black-Code but unfortunately this is a no goal so anybody who wishes to join blackcode be aware you will pay your money and get nothing back the adjust ripping people off now

I've been a Black Code dealer for just over 2 years. Dashboard will not process remap prospects that come to my landing page. I have 7 credits remaining so probably lost that money. Bought the latest Alien tec tool which they never activated, They also hold the registrations to the Alien tec tool so it can't be used with anyone else. Phone line states they are on another call (ALL THE TIME). No dealer support, any more so they must have gone down. At this moment I wouldn't even rate them 1 star but the system here requires a star rating. DO NOT SEND MONEY

I Have not had one single remap. Nobody answers the phones. No customer servce , so be careful they tell you all sorts of stories that their phone lines are down, but the lines have been down for , 2-3 months we are not talking about one day. Do not understand how they even have a 2.6 star on. BEWARE !!!!!!

The worst company ever, they don’t support you. I cancelled my direct debit with them at the phone and after 2 months they took from my bank account money. I tried to contact them but nobody answered.

After I paid around £3000 for device,their phones are off and I didn't get the device.I want my money back.

One thing I wish I should of done was to read some of these reviews before I committed money into something/business that is not suited to my skills set or experience. All the reviews on trust pilot about Black Code are ether great or terrible, most likely these reviews are motivated by clients who feel that they have been scammed or clients that have been motivated by the company to write an outstanding review.

My experience has been a mixed one. They sell you the world but they deliver their online tutorials on how to market you business and how to generate leads through funnelling techniques and using their tried and test methods and how your business can potentially make £6K a month!!! If I wanted to know more about marketing I should of enrolled on a marketing course.

No doubt that Black Code is a very successful company as they profit from every aspect that they generate money from selling you a marketing platform, a business idea and they sell you the codes either through bulk purchases or a monthly unlimited package. The cost of the codes work out to around £75 ex VAT or £499 ex VAT for the unlimited monthly package and they recommend that you charge on average £250 per re map.

They offer a 14 day cooling off period if the business is not right for you, however that is voided once you have logged onto the training portal. Again, approach with caution as they reassure you with cooling off periods and a money back guarantee but I doubt very much you will ever see your investment again.

For me this business idea/partnership is ideal for a company that is already in the car tuning business or for someone with the right skills set in the industry, this is due to the hardware that limits the vehicle applications to what you can or cannot tune.

The set up costs in comparison to other businesses are relatively low, but really what you are paying for is marketing tutorials, Alien tech slave tool and access to a technical support team.

Any body investing into Black Code needs to take responsibility for their own actions;

* DO your homework before you invest
* Have a good idea how car tuning works
* Have around £8000 available
* Make your own assumptions on business yields
* Understand the market
* Experience is essential to meet quoted claims

I was scrolling through Facebook one day and saw for the first time “Black Code Vehicle Remapping” and was curious enough to click on the ad.

After diving into it a bit more and doing the research - I decided to go head first and booked in a call and then became a Black Code dealer.

As a few months have passed, I can honestly say partnering with Black Code changed my life! They provided me with everything I needed to start my business from the specific training to the tools I needed - and I was not experienced at all. I am able to do what it is I truly love, and making more income then I ever did before.

I do need to note: This is not for everyone. You need to really be willing to put the work in and have some passion for working with cars.

Sometimes its not easy to make take the leap of faith and go for it, but with Black Code I'm happy I did.

It's one of the first times a company has exceeded my expectations, and been exactly what they advertise. I have seen a lot of their YouTube videos show up and always thought it was too good to be true. But Black Code is 100% transparent and offers you the support and time to really make sure that you are comfortable and have all the knowledge and tools needed.

I really am enjoying working with Black Code and I recommended it to anyone looking to get into vehicle remapping or just love working with cars.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT TRUST THE SALES GUY!! DO NOT BELIEVE ANY EMAILS THEY SEND YOU GUARANTEEING ANY REFUND OF DEPOSITS UNTIL YOU SIGN T&C’s, YOU WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH YOUR BANK TO APPLY FOR A CHARGE BACK BECAUSE THE BOSS IS PERMANENTLY “ON BUSINESS” IN PORTUGAL AND THEY NEED HIS APPROVAL FOR ANY REFUNDS WHICH, OF COURSE, HE IS NEVER GOING TO APPROVE! £2,500 UP THE SWANNY UNLESS OUR BANK WILL HELP!

The sales guy told me all the bad reviews on here appear when they start advertising for people to “work with them” and that it is other businesses wanting make Black Code look bad… NOPE!! It’s actually people like me, not a business, who have been scammed by them… and HIM!

**Update** after seeing this review, they have miraculously had the refund approved, we will see if it appears in out bank.

This company and their “complete remapping business” is a total waste of time and money, they charge you nearly £3000 for equipment that is worth about £300 and then charge you nearly £600 per month , EVERY MONTH, and they don’t even tell you about all the other hidden costs to set up website, funnels, auto responders, marketing, promotion etc.

They advise you to charge £300+ per remap (using cheap equipment) the best tuners in my area that have a garage full of specialist machinery and a rolling rolling don’t charge that much and these people tell you you can rock up to a job with your cheap equipment in your cheap black code case and charge over £300, absolute BS

Not to mention the enormous amount of money for advertising and paid ads etc
The woman I dealt with was a real piece of work and it’s impossible to get hold of the guy in charge (Bilson).

9 out of 10 cars I tried to remap were not remappable without ECU removal, which again wasn’t mentioned in the beginning, (so unless you are an experienced mechanic you can’t do it yourself, which means you will then need to charge another couple of hundred pounds, to get a mechanic to do it,so that’s £500+ per remap, nobody will pay that) and then the ones I did “remap” said that it made absolutely no difference to their cars performance.

And then they refused to buy the equipment back at a discounted price ( because they know the equipment is cheap worthless crap)

Then I had a dozen other problems which I’m not going to go into

If you every see this D#*khead’s ad on YouTube or anywhere else, do not touch it, there are a million better remappers out there and if you contact someone to get a remap ask them if they are using black code to write the remaps, if so , run.

These people cost me thousands and I never made a penny back

You can tell this company is not good
When they only reply to good feedback.
Tell you what send me what I need to set up my own business then I will pay you out of what I earn if it's that good it should take me to long.

Hi my name is john my business is jdpremapping which i started with black code over twelve months ago, the training was easy to follow to give me an insight of the would of re-mapping. they are very hands on with tech support or any over issues.
any issues that i have had they have always been there to help me through them.
They are a good team, if you are thinking of joining them, I would really recommend it because the knowledge and experience that they provide is nothing but excellent.

they sell fake business idea on youtube the guy been in the video been on other remap wholesaling companies FAKE FAKE FAKE

They tricked us into shelling £3,000 by feeding us incorrect information about their credits pricing!

We are currently taking legal action against them which they failed to respond to us on and Court action has commenced in a civil case.

Spoke to Scott about my car and what remap would be best.Very knowledgable gave me great advice..My local rep was a nice guy fast and efficient. My car drives amazing throttle response is amazing and the power delivery WOW !!!

Done wonders to my mk6 Vw Golf feels like I’m now driving a GTD. the agent (Assad Razi) was very professional got the job done with no issues and was extremely polite and helpful. My warranty was confirmed within a day of when I submitted details via email.This is the first time I have had a stage 1 put on any of my vehicles and I will be back when I purchase a new car hopefully very soon.. thank you Blackcode for your service
