Excellent experience with ride from Southampton cruise port London with a side trip to Stonehenge.
Our driver Amir was courteous friendly and had a great sense of humor. I would not have changed a thing. He picked us up at the cruise terminal without trouble, finding us among the 500 or do people milling about. The car, a Prius, was clean and stocked with water.
He was informative on the drive to Stonehenge and to London but he also was quiet when both husband and I fell asleep.
We talked about everything: area history, architecture, coffee and as we rolled into London it was clear he knows the area really well. He pointed out all the sites, including Costco and Starbucks, and iconic stores like Harrods’, the castles, the embassies, so much.
If you have a chance to book a ride with this company, and especially Amir, do it!!

I scheduled a pickup at Heathrow for 1930, 07 Mar, and Mr Ahmed arrived on time. The car was clean and Mr Ahmed safely maneuvered through traffic to London City Centre. He kindly handled my luggage at Heathrow and at the hotel. Thanks to Mr Ahmed and Blackberry Cars for making my arrival stress free.

Driver 20 minutes late, arrogant and full of excuses. Will never ever use blackberry as this is the second time it happens. Use other companies

I have to travel with my son to UCLH SEVERAL YIMES A UEAR. They make the journey that is very stressful for my son because of his medical condition much more stress free. I can't praise them enough. They collect us from home and arrive always on time to the hospital. Then they collect us and bring us home . Top class service. Telephone and booking staff excellent and very helpful

We have used Blackberry cars every time we have travelled to London. On our most recent trip we booked cars to get us to and from Heathrow and we also used Blackberry to take us from central London to our cruise in Southampton. Every trip was seamless. We got notification when our driver was on the way with real time updates on via the map link, every driver we had was friendly and professional and helped with our luggage. It took all the stress out of our transfers and allowed us to board our cruise rested and Un hassled. We continue to book with Blackberry Cars whenever we travel to London.

Our drivers were courteous and timely. The cars were spacious and very clean. We are repeat customers and will use your service next time we visit London.

Good service. Easy to book. Quick confirmation. Secure payment without sending credit card details to the company. Drivers were where they were supposed to be, when they were supposed to be there. All around exactly what you would want. We used luxury for airport pickup but regular from hotel back. The luxury really wasn’t worth the price difference.

Good communication throughout. Fair price, similar to other quotes for the trip. The driver Mohan was very safe, polite and inspired confidence. The car was amazing, an all electric Kia EV9 and got us home in quiet and comfort after an exhausting long overnight flight. All in all, a top service and would recommend Blackberry Cars.

I had a mixed experience with Blackberry Cars, so leaving a 3-star review feels fair. While the initial transfer went smoothly with clear communication and helpful service from the driver, the return trip left a lot to be desired. The driver was unengaged, didn’t assist with my luggage, and dropped me far from the usual terminal area, which was inconvenient given the price I paid. Overall, it was hit or miss, and I expected better consistency for the cost.
