Before we book Blackberry Cars, we visited Trust Pilot to see the comments. most comments are positive with 5 stars rating. so, we asked the quotation from London to Manchester. they quickly offered the cheaper rates. as we want to go to Manchester on time. We booked an executive service. They didn't let us disappointed. Their diver arrived early then the booked time. and he was waiting for us patiently. safety driving, quiet and friendly. thanks Mr. Stoica. We highly recommended !

After an excruciating experience with Addison Lee we tried this firm.

They failed at the first hurdle.

Website promised they’d get back to us inside 30min to confirm, after we’d input our requirements.
It has been well over an hour.

This is BEFORE they have our money. Knowing we are a potentially new customer.

It seems probable that all these cab firms are now the same.
The situation is, very clearly, that even if you are an executive booking an E-class Mercedes, you must consider yourself lucky if the driver even shows up.

Which, seriously now, he might not.

I booked a taxi for a friend travelling from Oxford to Heathrow airport early at 0445.
The online booking process was quick and easy. After pre-paying, I received an email confirmation and also details of the Mercedes taxi, colour and car registration the night before.
The taxi was clean, on time and the driver was professional and friendly.
I can highly recommend Blackberry Cars, not only for their reliability and friendliness, but they are the cheapest by far compared to others.
I also like the fact that this company is licensed by Transport for London (TFL) and drivers are PCO licensed. 5* for Blackberry Cars.

I email them for booking in a couple of days before the trip and dealing with the hold-off time, once I confirmed my hold-off time then they said fully booked. It is not acceptable, I just need to confirm the hold-off time then they were not even considering my booking is ongoing! I need to find other airport pickup service in last minute. Because it is not pre-paid, they may cancel your booking as they want!

This is the 3rd time we have travelled with Blackberry Cars. They are the best service that we have used. The drivers are professional, polite & helpful with luggage. The cars are always clean, most impirtant of all for us , always on time & no drama.

The driver picked up passengers and loads of luggage at Heathrow and drove to Southport. The driver was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and, as the people were new to the UK, he was a great example of how lovely people can be. He chatted to all of us and we thank him so much for incredible service.

Kudos to the team at Blackberry Cars. From the initial quote, to confirmation details to pickup, things couldn't have gone more smoothly.

The car-shaped sign made it easy to identify the Blackberry driver as I staggered bleary-eyed into the arrivals area. And for the ride back to the airport it was nice to get a text reassuring me that the car was on its way and would arrive bang on time.

Drivers were reliable, courteous, drove calmly. I appreciated them taking passengers during covid and the health protocols that they had in place to keep everyone safe.

Used them for the second time and once again a great service. Easy booking and payment. Car arrived on time and our driver Evugenie (I hope I have spelled that correctly!) was polite, helpful and friendly and kept his mask on throughout in line with covid rules. He was also flexible on when to pick us up (we had a return journey booked also) as we finished early.

Would recommend and use again.

BlackBerry cars offer an excellent service. Very impressive - from Sarah's communication to Crystal picking us up promptly from Heathrow. Skilful driver and a very pleasant trip with good conversation and attentive and professional service.
I would thoroughly recommend them, so please use them as these are difficult times and they really do deserve the credit here. I worked out that to catch a train 1st class was way more expensive for my family of three than the use of this door to door service.

I've used Blackberry Cars for several years and find the service to be dependable and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Used them a lot in the past but the service has gone downhill really badly. Recently their driver was 40 minutes late ! And they hang up on you when you complain.
Avoid, just use uber, bolt or anything else.

Drivers are on time and do nice. Great prices and very easy to book and to contact with any changes.

We used Blackberry cars on arrival and departure from Heathrow. Both pick ups were reliable and had friendly courteous drivers. Both were 5 - 10 min late, through no fault of the driver and we had built a bit of time into our pick ups to allow for minor, unavoidable delays. Would definitely use again and recommend.

We used your service 3 times in October, the first two were 5 star events, the third trip was a 1. The driver was on his cellphone the whole trip, speaking a language we did not know. He was also sick. When we got home ,we were all sick.

We have used several different taxi companies for our journey from Stansted airport to London and back over the past few years. They have all been unreliable. We recently used Blackberry Cars and the drivers were on time, courteous and helpful. The cars were also in immaculate condition and comfortable. We were not charged for the journeys until we arrived at our destination. We shall be using them on our next visit to the UK.

Waited almost 3 hours when I reserved a car 2 days prior. Kept calling to see where car was and was told 3 times it was in the way. When driver finally arrived he said he was only assigned our pick up 10 mins prior.
