UPDATE TO THEIR REPLY- I send the change of address within less than 5 mins so there was time to change, why are you lying! And yes I've told you what you could have done, sent me the package to the correct address instead of me having to go to a whole other town to find it. Fake nice customer service without action is not valuing customer service as you've said! So disappointed in you as a company!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. I don't know if the product is good or bad because they sent it to the wrong address. It was my fault the address was wrong on my credit card when purchasing, I updated it with them within less than 5 mins and they replied days later saying there was nothing they could do, they didn't have the organisational skills to update an address. What sort of a company cannot update an address! Definitely not one I'll be giving my money to! Customer service is everything these days. Other way round, I'd have just sent the customer another and took the loss to gain the lifetime customer but clearly successfully running a business isn't part of their plan. I'm sure if you have no problems then the product would be great but it's how a company handles it's problems that makes it last a lifetime or crash and burn. Good luck, can't see you being around for long with such a poor operational standard.

I ordered my Mushroom Elixir Extract a few days ago, it arrived promptly and well packaged. It came with the spoon I ordered which seems to be quite good quality. The bag of coffee was smaller than I imagined after seeing photos on the website but nonetheless you only need a 1/2 teaspoon once per day as it states on the back anyway so not a big deal. It tastes a tiny bit like ovaltine to me but a lot less intense just a wee bit malty it’s actually really yummy especially mixed in my caramel Moccona instant coffee (blends well in water above 80 degrees) I’ve only had it for two mornings and I have a terrible flu but it does seem to help my ibs issues , my brain to think clearer and I feel like my vision is also better which is weird. Slay.

I have been using the gummies for a few weeks now, and I notice that I struggle with extreme brain fog if I forget to have them in the morning.
I just wouldn't be without them now, and I cannot wait to try the elixer and move away from coffee.

I gave up coffee about a year and a half ago when I tried BlackGold elixir. I just love it; it tastes great and keeps me alert with none of the crash that you get with coffee. I also no longer have the ‘icky’ coffee gut. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the hassle with my monthly order when my credit card expired. I went a whole month without it- that didn’t make me happy.

Well, not only does this amazing elixir taste great it helped with the fatigue of menopause symptoms.My energy levels increased significantly.

I didn't start using it for a while after purchasing and haven't ordered any more. It was thinking about writing this review that has helped me reflect on the benefits I received.

I would certainly recommend this to other women struggling with fatigue.

Found I had a lot better mental clarity,better stress levels and no slump in the day could keep going after work and do what needed to be done for my large family.

I have been taking Blackgold elixir for a couple of months and I liked it and I thought it did make some difference to my focus and my energy levels, but it wasn't until I stopped taking it for a few weeks, that I realised just how much more energised and clear headed I felt while taking it, I think it is definitely worth taking, I am back taking it daily again and it is making a big difference to me.

Subscriptions are an easy and cheaper solution to such a great product. I’ve been using the Elixir for 5-6 months and absolutely love it! Within the first two weeks I noticed an increase in energy, attention span (say in a boring conversation 🤣), mood and most importantly my gut health (no more poor and irregular bowel movements). This has enabled me to procrastinate less and nap less, in turn, boosting my productivity to which I can end the day feeling as if I’ve accomplished something… and that may stem from going to the gym, or perhaps completing some old project etcetera. Being an avid coffee connoisseur, it’s a lovely addition to my morning and/or evening coffee (definitely smoothies too!) as it adds a subtle yet tasty flavour profile, and it’s as easy as adding half a teaspoon! I am on my 2nd packet of Blackgold Organic Mushroom Elixir, much as I would love to rave about this product, I cannot. I don’t think I have experienced any of the advertised mental and physical well-being support. My mood and energy levels are the same. I am still wiped out after a couple of days nursing in a busy hospital. I am just recovering from a raging head cold. Perhaps it would have been worse had I not been mixing the elixir into my morning tea daily. I don’t think my brain function has improved. I’m a 57 year old women, who is still wondering where I have mislaid my keys, phone etc. I will finish the packet, but I think unlikely I will repurchase.
