Love my new hoodie , and the elbows up vibe of Canadians creating for Canadians is why I picked it up. The quality is great, as was the service from the folks at BMT

Customer service representative , Ash took care of me very well .
I was satisfied with my purchase but the hoodie i ordered didn't come with the same print as was ordered.
The customer service representative, Ash, upon realizing that my order was wrong, she immediately resolved the issue by sending another hoodie free of charge and was told to keep the hoodie that was previously sent.
Excellent customer service.
Thanks Ash

Lake Ontario tee shirt
I was searching for a Lake Ontario tee shirt made in Canada. Black Maple Trading Company has a great selection.
I was very pleased how quickly I received the shirt, because I live in the U.S.

Better than retail!
I went to their Montreal production facility not knowing they weren't really in a position to regularly do retail. D~~~n (who preferred to remain anonymous) was really helpful and went out of his way to fix me up with the items I was looking for. 100% excellent experience but I'll order online in future (or wait for them to go retail!)

Awesome vintage designs
Great shirts! Nostalgia buffs rejoice, these are not only very cool vintage design t-shirts, they are also quality products! Delivery was long but due to shipper (and the fact that I’m 400 km from a big city), but once I contacted the Black Maple folks, things were sorted out in short order. So, 5 stars for the product, and 5b stars for their customer service.

Two mystery shirts were a flop
Everything was great! However, even though the random shirts were super cheap price, I received a men's and women's we won't wear. They both are a for a select group activities that some people would like. Lesson learned. The kids shirt was super cute tho
