I wasn’t happy that the sizes were not accurate and getting a refund or exchange was so convoluted as to be not worth bothering. Will not be ordering again.

Respuesta de Black Maple Trading Company
We’re sorry to hear you had difficulty with the sizing and found our exchange process complicated. Our size charts are accurate, but since unisex sizing can vary a bit, we recommend taking a garment that fits you well, laying it flat, and measuring it from armpit to armpit, then comparing that measurement to our size chart to find the best match.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the exchange process and will certainly take it into consideration as we continue to improve.

Nice Shirts, Shipping too long.
Great shirts, however just shy of 3 weeks to ship out is unacceptable. Actually ridiculous.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the shirts.
We normally ship orders shortly after they’re placed, but occasionally unexpected circumstances can result in a longer processing time than usual. We’re sorry your order was one of those exceptions and that we kept you waiting.
We’re always working to get orders out as quickly as possible and really appreciate your patience and feedback.

Your order is currently in transit with Canada Post. While we work hard to ship orders promptly, once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times can occasionally be longer than expected and are unfortunately outside of our direct control.
That said, we always work with our customers to make sure they receive their orders, and our team has reached out to you directly to help resolve the situation.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. Finding a T-shirt that everyone loves can be a bit of a challenge, as everyone has different preferences when it comes to fabric weight. Some people prefer a lighter, thinner shirt, while others prefer something thicker.
We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us!

Good quality tees printed with content for our times
I'm very pleased with the fit and quality of my two t-shirts, and I love the 'elbows up' nostalgia of their messages (and so do the many people who have complimented them). Well done!
