BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY…! If I could get them a “0” I would. I ordered a Juneteenth cardigan from this company over a month ago which I was supposed to get before Juneteenth and didn’t. I received a confirmation stating that my order was delivered to my mailbox on July 8th, 2026 which it was not. I reached out them, which the only way by email to inform them that I did not receive my order. From their I received an email to check with my neighbors to make sure it wasn’t delivered to them by mistake, which I did before I even sent them the first email informing them that I did not receive my package. They sent an email back telling me to check with my post office, which I did and the post office did not have my order. My next email was to check the bushes in my yard! They really did email me that! My next email was to check my surveillance cameras. What makes them think I have surveillance cameras, and if I did I would have checked my cameras first! So after all this back and forth I’m in the process of disputing my order that I didn’t receive with my bank. Words of advice, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY… ITS A RIPE OFF…!

I wished I had read the reviews before I ordered. This is definitely a scam company on all levels…….1. Not located in US (Georgia) 2. Doubt if black owned 3. Ordered Juneteenth shirt in early May, received a red, white and blue shirt July 1.
4. When I requested refund and return label, their first response was they have no record of my order. 5. After several emails back and forth, they offered a small compensation.
They are scammers……..

I placed an order with this supposedly legitimate company on June 17, 2026, and paid to have it shipped overnight. The only thing I have received is an email from a customer support representative with vague information. When looking for the company contact and address, the only thing that can be found as far as contact information is the same e-mail. Please don't order from this company. I really agree with the other reviews that this company could be a scam.

I ordered a 4x. THIS SHIRT IS NOWHERE NEAR A 4x I try to support my people, but this is a size you would get from Temu🥹 I need to return for FREE and get a refund back to my card!

This company is a nightmare. I never received my items, and they didn't refund my money. Tell everyone not to buy anything from them.

I placed an order for Black History shirts based on an advertisement that claimed the products were black-owned and headquartered in Atlanta. Upon receiving the tracking information, it was indicated that the items were being shipped from Ireland. I contacted the company via email to request verification of their black-owned status and to inquire about the origin of the shipment. The company's response stated that they dispatch from the nearest distribution center; however, Ireland is geographically closer to China than California! After several updates through tracking notifications, I received an alert indicating that my package had been delivered. I did NOT receive the package. The following day, I received another tracking update indicating the package was in a different state. I reached out to the company once more and was advised that the package had been delivered and that I should file a claim with USPS. Despite multiple email communications and no further action taken by the company, I requested a refund. I subsequently filed a claim with PayPal, providing evidence that the package was in another state the day after the alleged delivery. PayPal rejected my claim, citing the vendor's submission of delivery tracking information. This company is a fraudulent operation that exploits marketing strategies targeting Black consumers.

They are scammers and will send you fake tracking numbers from China and you'll never receive anything.
It's not a black owned business based in Atlanta as they falsely advertised. I wish I saw the bad reviews they have all over the Internet earlier. They are thieves and I'm now trying to dispute the payment I made in February for an order that never arrived ( we are in May!) through PayPal protection. Please stay away of those scammers.

I ordered a sweatshirt and a hat in February 16th, today is May 4th...and I still have not received anything. They scammedd me out of $46.36 ORDER #BHM-54544M107211-USA. They are very responsive via email but have only made excuses at first tried to convince me that the package was en route from Italy. Then eventually lied saying it was delivered to my home. Had the nerve to suggest that someone else in my home may have retrieved it. They are a SCAM and not once have they tried to make this right. I am so pissed and disappointed. I will continue to spread the word to prevent this from happening to others.

I placed an order on 2/18/26 but have not received the product even though I paid extra $ for a faster delivery for Black History Month. I used PayPal to pay for it believing this was prudent. I asked PayPal for a refund but was denied because the seller documented it was delivered. However, I never received anything. There were 3 different names used with processing this order: Black Pride Movement, Xen Ligt Technologies Co., Ltd, and Guang Zhou Nuan (Order, PayPal, Bank). It appears to be layers of confusion to me. The USPS tracking number given to me was invalid on the official USPS website. Another tracking # from a different tracking service was used for proof of delivery to PayPal for their review of my request. It stated the package was delivered to a BethPage sorting center for distribution using my zip code. What is that? Where is that? Then what happened once it arrived there? It never made it to me. Never heard of it and couldn’t find it when I searched. When I inquired about this to BPM’s customer service, there hasn’t been a response. PayPal did not do due diligence in assisting me and worked well with the seller to deny my refund stating the product was delivered even if it wasn’t to me.

I purchased some hoodies from this website it was a month before I heard from them when I did hear from them they were informing me that they had delivered my items the items were never delivered I tried calling them and it was a number from china I tried to resolve it through PayPal but they told PayPal that the package was delivered which it was not I lost out of 104.00 my advice do your research before you commit to purchasing. They are thieves

This company is based out of China. The item was shipped from Ireland, ordered in time for Black History Month as they advertised that they were based in Atlanta and gave back to the community.but it is now the end of March and I still do not have the item. I am currently disputing the charge. They are very deceptive.

First of all, this product was supposed to me made by a person in Atlanta. The sweatshirt that I ordered was not embroidered as shown on the website, and came from Switzerland. The garmet looks like a sweatshirt, but is not sweatshirt material. Waste of money!!! Cute idea, cheap product. I hate I can’t give 0 stars.
