From what seemed like a reputable company at the start, my experience has turned out incredibly bad. I ordered an XPAN for a bit less than $3000 euros in July last year which had a 3 month wait. That got stretched a little which was fine. Then parts couldn’t be supplied so the delay got longer. I was getting no communication, I would send an email a month and got something back maybe three months later, but only because I pushed. In jan/feb this year I requested a refund which they said okay to. To this date (late November 2025) I’m still waiting for my money. I get no responses from them, all emails are not responded to and all messages ignored. Do not trust this company with your money.

Buying a Hasselblad with Blanc Roll was the best decision I could go with.
They got me a deal I could only dream of. And while getting the camera ready they were there to answer all of my questions and helped resolve my dilemmas. They also kept me updated throughout the process.
Blanc Roll will definitely be the first shop I go to when buying the next lens :)

I bought a Hasselblad 503cx on BlancRoll this April, I just shot two rolls of film and the results were perfect, the shutter speed is accurate, the focus is also accurate, and the Zeiss CF 80mm f/2.8 lens is very sharp and exceed my expectations. The people at BlancRoll were very friendly and patient and answered all my questions before I purchased. Shipping was fast and the packaging was sturdy. Very pleasant shopping experience.

Definitely would recommend buying from here and will likely return. Nikolay is very professional and has fantastic customer service. The products were as described if not better. I had a severe issue with shipping (thanks UPS, was no fault of Blancroll) and they did everything they could to apologize and make things right for something that wasn't even their fault. Don't hesitate.

Excellent buying experience!

Communication and customer service was quick, kind and informative. The package was slightly delayed, but was assured everything is on track - and it arrived safely and nicely packaged. Even though I bought a non-CLA'd camera and lens, as described, it's in perfect working condition and already produced wonderful stuff with it... for a great price, nowhere found elsewhere. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to shop from Blanc Roll!

I’ve ordered Bronica SQ-A with 80mm f2.8 Zenzanon S lens, film back and waste level viewfinder. Everything arrived on time. Bought a hasselblad 500CM week ago. Everything was just as described. Only one issue was with the viewfinder but as soon as I’ve complained store sent me replacement even in better condition using high priority postal service. Additionally had interesting conversation with one of staff members and sipped a little bit of knowledge. Maximally pleased with the prouct as well as with the service. Thanks

A bought a Hasselblad camera with Blanc Roll, thus it wasn't a small thing - at least for me.
The experience was excellent. The camera came super protected, the only bump was in the shipping but was not their fault on the delay: a couple of holidays combined affected.
And what they did? Did an extra service on the camera for me. I'm super satisfied and totally recommend them.
