My jacket was gorgeous, I wouldn't be comfortable spending £995 on a ski jacket, so this was a great way to wear the luxury brand without the huge price tag.

Delivery was great, earlier than planned. Returning it was easy, all pre paid, just dropped it off at the local Post Office.

I rented a jacket which was delivered ahead of schedule and in great condition. The return process was simple and easy and customer service was brilliant. I’ll definitely be using Blanqo again.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. Thought I would give them another chance (the first time I rented they didn’t have the jacket I wanted so I had to go with a not very nice one as that’s all that was left. Rented for second time and it didn’t turn up when I had ordered it months before ! I stayed as late as possible for it to arrive and it came just before I left for airport.. but I had to buy one that morning as nothing else to wear. So the time, extra money and stress has put me off renting for life ! I would definitely not recommend to use this company.

Great quality ski wear and loved the jumper I hired too - had some issues with the sizing but new items sent next day so all good . Communication clear and sending items back super easy - if I go skiing again will defo hire - it’s a fun way to try new gear and you don’t need to wash or store it when you’re back from your trip - bonus !

The process was very easy and my order arrived on time, the return process was simple too. The ski trousers I had chosen seemed brand new, I was very pleased. The jumper was a bit tight. I own 2 other perfect moment jumpers the same size that fit much looser and I didn’t end up wearing it unfortunately. Overall a great service and I would use again.

From start to finish, the service was excellent. I messed up on my dates but Blanqo sent my items fastrack. Ensuring I had the best time. Very slick! My clothes were also super stylish and technically super. Thank you so much & best of luck in your business.

It s not Blanqo per se but the delivery service. My ski suit was randomly dropped in a place it shouldn’t have, as a consequence could not be found before departure. I got a family member bringing it over but still paid 4 days for nothing. Very annoyed.
