Thank you Blanqo for sorting out my ski outfits with ease! There was an issue with the original suit I ordered but they helped me build a ski wardrobe which made me feel great and they did this seamlessly without any additional charges. I would definitely use them again in the future!

An amazing experience from start to finish - the selection was curated but plentiful enough to make the perfect ski outfit! Package was delivered ahead of time which gave me enough time to try it on; it came in a really nice reusable garment bag and the clothes were in perfect condition! Returning was super easy, using the same bag that it came in, with labels and a security tag to lock the bag already included :) Would definitely rent from here again!

One item from my order was delayed but customer service were really helpful and got it out to me before my trip.
On arrival, one of the items was quite worn and also slightly big. Again, they got a new smaller size out to me very quickly.

Brilliantly simple, fast, efficient and incredibly effortless from start to finish. My order arrived two days earlier than expected, delivered by FedEx who are always reliable. The ski coat and trousers were in pristine condition, my daughter absolutely loved them.
The returns process was effortless and easy.

I ordered a ski suit in good time for our holiday. I changed the date so the suit arrived a day earlier than planned to ensure the item fitted. It never arrived. I received an email apologising for a technical error and they quickly resolved this by promising a delivery on the Friday instead. It never arrived, once again I was told there was a technical error. I have yet to receive a full refund, I've had an apology but no refund. So disappointed as I was relying on them to provide exceptional quality products and service.
