I ordered the incorrect size but when I sent an email I got no response, not even a late response! So hence the low number of stars. The outfit also smelled like perfume from the previous renter, which was pretty off putting.

Blanqo is literally THE BEST find ever for skiers who like beautiful ski wear, like to change up their look each year but don’t want to invest in pieces to sit in storage for 50 weeks of the year.
