It was easy to order, everything came well packaged and even when I called with a question, they were knowledgeable and pleasant. If I decide to change out my ceramic logs for a different set, I’ll definitely order from Blazzing Fire again.! And I love the free shipping!🎉

The only reason I scored two stars was because the fire place vented logs I bought are on backorder and never was advertised as above until I bought them. False advertising

Perfect replacement - came fast and fits great!
My original ash dump that was installed with the house had rusted out, and needed a replacement FAST during the cold weather season. Found it on this site!! Shipping was fast and free (another site wanted to charge $60 shipping for the same product!!!) and it fits perfectly.

Hi, the customer had difficulty finding a product which is an add-on feature. Regarding the product I had purchased. product in reference was not in the website. Sales person looked it up, matched it for me to the product that I purchased. And called me to verify allowing me to purchase product either by email. Or phone. Product purchase will be arriving in the next two days. Comforting to know I can put everything together and I’ll have to worry about missing parts. Thank you.

Charged us extra for nothing
Did not ship the item as indicated in the special shipping and handling instructions. Charged us over $100 for expedited shipping and didn’t do it and has refused to answer our email inquiries for this to be resolved.

We apologize for our failure to get this item out in a timely manner and out lack of responsiveness. Based on when the order received, it should have shipped on the 9th to be delivered on the 13th at the latest (according to FedEx description of their 1-2 day service) . Unfortunately, it was delivered a day late on the 14th. We will work to make this right and use this as a teachable moment. We would hope that you afford us a chance in the future to show you how Blazzing Fire normally services our customers.
