How awful how bad!!! They tricked me. They took my money and I haven't received the product in 3 months. I asked for my money back and they did not return it. Do not shop because you will never be delivered. I have mailed and called many times but they did not return my money. Stay away !!!

I would strongly advise not doing business with this company !!! I ordered a specific facial covering and the total was over $32.00 and it never came for months. I sent multiple messages to the company checking on the delivery and no one ever got back to me or answered any questions. I called my credit card company and they stopped the charge. Blessfy after finding this out sent me a completely different facial covering that was totally not acceptable and sent the documentation to my credit card company so i will be charged. I forgot to mention that i sent multiple messages to Blessfy that they sent the wrong item and it was unacceptable and i wanted to return it. Again - no one ever returned any of my messages. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! They have the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE. First there was a a bait and switch in my cart after I had paid for the healthy veils switched to the neoprene cycling ones. Although on the initial landing page it said the veils had been upgraded and had loops for the ears after my payment was taken the picture on my receipt was different from the landing page. Second my order took close till two months to receive. The veils I clicked on to order from the initial landing page were not sent to me as well as I received two damaged veils one with frayed ends and the other with the closures attached improperly. I contacted cu********@blessfy.com absolutely no response. So I hit them up on social media instant the response. However they told me to contact the cu********@blessfy.com. I did again and now someone was on the other end of the email asking for pictures. I sent them. I explained again about the bait and switch and the CS agent told me I was sent what I ordered. They would replace the damaged ones I received and attached a tracking number for the new ones. Although I sent another email asking for what I ordered NO ONE responded. I received ONE replacement veil over a month later. Please DO NOT order from THEM! It is LITERALLY a waste of MONEY and TIME! You will be GRAVELY disappointed.

$80 dollars for 2 masks. My mistake, I am stupid. Ordered in April, it’s now the middle of July. Just send them money. It’s fun and easy. F$&k them!

I purchased an interactive cat toy, which their Facebook video clearly showed was interactive and moved by itself. what i received was a stuffed toy, no electronics, no movement on its own. when i contacted the company for a refund and return label they just told me that the toy does not use batteries and would not accept a return. Since my complaint, i noticed that they have changed the previous video that showed the toy moving on its own. There are legitimate, ethical companies that do sell a self propelled toy that moves on its own. Now i am stuck w a small stuffed cat toy that i spent close to $25 on. I do not want anyone else to get taken by this company. i have initiated a dispute w Paypal to get a refund, but have not heard back from them.

this company is supposedly based in the USA however everything is shipped from China. they use an asian shipper who does not deliver and just updates the items to delivered. the best part is they have a 30 day return however that includes their shipping time.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT order from this company. I ordered masks in march and still have not received them. They continue to say they are on the way and they are NOT. I asked for a refund and they continue to send me tracking info. It went from lax to Bloomington Ca in a month and a half and it is still in Bloomington or so they say. SOOOOO DONE

What's lower than a one star. Worst online experience ever. Order a product over 90 days ago and still haven't received it and they refuse to give me a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely the worst !! Ordered in March and still nothing, but a form letter stating that because of Covid it’s delayed. Even their own tracking has no idea where my stuff is. I got ripped off because I didn’t check them out first. Scam, Scam artists.. avoid this company at all costs, find what you want somewhere else.

Never receive the mask. THere was issue with tracking, then with delivery, then with my address. It went on and on. THe tracking info even relayed that the package was returned to the sender. They have verification and the product back in their hands. They want me to provide a new address. WHY? I ordered it with my address and there should be no changes. Since they got them back, I asked for a refund and to not be bothered. They keep sending me an email saying they can't give me a refund and want my address (which they already have). I don't want to start this whole process over, so asked that they cancel and refund. they simply refuse to do so. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

They are the same company as lazacy.com both are ripoffs I ordered from them over 3 months ago and they haven't shipped anything! They are refusing to refund my money! I am reporting them to everyone I can including BBB, and PayPal I recommend everyone else do the same. Let's shut these thieves down.

It took 2 and a half months to arrive and it wasn't even what I ordered. The mask was too small and didn't fit properly. Poor quality and terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!.

I bought 4 masks and 12 filters. I received 3 masks and 9 filters. They never sent the Forth mask and 3 filters I PD $34.99. They are refusing to refund me my money for a mask and filters I paid $34.99 and never received. I purchased through Paypal. Pending dispute through PayPal.

I definitely will not be shopping with this businesses. I have sent you my receipt several times and have told you several times what I did not receive in my order.

I feel you are trying to take advantage of me as the customer by taking my money for merchandise I paid for and did not receive. On top of that it seems like you are calling me a liar by asking me to take a picture of the items I received.

I work hard for my money. When I buy something I don't need to lie about items I spent money on that I never received! To me as the customer you are stealing from me by taking my money and not sending me what I bought on your website!

Per your request I sent you a picture of what I received from you. When will I receive the light blue with black trim Healthy Vailss Mask I paid $34.99 for?

Scam! Avoid this site. Shame on Instagram for advertising them. Took my money and never sent me my masks. No phone to call and no responses from my many email and “contact us” messages. Hope the created of this site gets covid for using this pandemic to make money off of people

Only because zero stars isn't an option. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy anything from this company. They do not actually exist. I ordered from them (mask) on 4/8/2020
To date I've received nothing except a tracking number that hasn't updated from 4/20/2020. Last update says "its been released from customs". That was a month and five days ago. The company sent the same nonsensical tracking information to PayPal. Are they stupid enough to think that will fly. They sent me two emails saying further tracking information. Was forthcoming. Since then I've received nothing in the form of tracking. Of course I'm expecting PayPal to refund my money, but what would be better is if PayPal, and all credit card company's bar this phony company from accepting credit card, or PayPal payments. If you're reading this review before purchasing anything from BLESSFY, DO NOT PROCEED. You'll find yourself saying you should've listened to this review. Fake as hell Scam.

Not giving you my phone number your a scam organization the product you sold and sent me is a scam and not safe to be used as a facemask it’s to small at yo cheap falls apart just trying to fasten it on way to tight and cheap I would not recommend anyone buying your product. I’m not paying for garbage you can have all 5 of your black facemask back took a month for them to come anyway and upon opening realized I was taken for a fool with money stay out of America with your Garbage items ..

Scam do not buy from. Normally I do my research this time I didn't. I placed an order over a month almost two months. They printed a shipping label that does not exist. They do not answer emails.

Today I received my order. I'm not happy on how long it took but I'm happy I wasn't ripped off. Just to let you know their stuff all comes from China. I'm still not giving it more than one star because as a business they are not honest.

Blessfy.com is definitely a scam, avoid this website and save your money. They will print a shipping label and send it to you, but you will never receive your item. They will avoid all further contact.
