I have bought a few items from Bling King and I am extremely happy with my purchases. The colours and weight are great and the delivery service is excellent. Why spend a fortune on jewellery when you can get virtually identical pieces for a fraction of the cost.

Lovley small belcher chain only thing I was a little disappointed in was it didn’t come in a box. It did state that (quick order and didn’t read) so my fault. Quick delivery and beautiful chain. Would order again in a heartbeat.

At first had a bad review,and with mental health issues I was a pain in arse but bling king promised to replace my product which they did fulfill and I'll be honest the quality of the chain is spot on will definitely be getting more soon

Great product great customer service when needed to change something.

I have returned a bracelet that was purchased in July. I was intially offered a refund of 20%, which I declined. I was told to send the bracelet back to them, which I did. I have chased to check whether it has been recieved, they have not confirmed. Looking at the other reviews it looks like I won't get my money back, and I also don't have the bracelet. I will raise a complaint with the bank. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing....

Jewellery turns your skin green. Bought a bracelet advertised as “tarnish resistant” that then got incredibly tarnished and turned my skin green, after 6 months of no reply customer service told me it must be faulty and sent me a ring as a replacement, after a month the ring then turned my skin green too, no contact with water or anything. customer service then told me i must just be allergic (news to me), and that i can accept a 25% refund or pay to send the item back for a full refund.

Poor quality products, customer service are nice enough, and i get that there are certain resolutions they’re told to provide, but it gets to a point where it’s just exhausting going back and forth

Had an amazing experience with Bling King! Its not often I order online as I am always cautious due to being scammed previously with an online transaction but Bling King were exceptional I ordered my bracelet and was told it would arrive in 3 to 5 working days the next day my delivery arrived, sadly I didn't check the size and it was slightly too small for me I emailed them and they replied straight away and gave me options to either keep the piece and have a reduced price on my next buy or return it for a full Refund or replacement item. No messing about just good business 👍🏻 I would highly recommend Bling King.

They are terrible at customer service. I ordered two items for a birthday present. They say they was delivered but never received. And can’t get hold of him to rectify this situation I’m fuming I had to go to another shop to buy a birthday present as these was never received and you can’t even contact them. I am fuming now I’m out of pocket like £750 worst company ever and it was my first order and this has happened
