Good price for the products. Excellent after-sales support, which more then outweights the extra euro if you find a lower price somewhere. I recommend.

I lost the use of a program which I purchased from this company a few years ago. I could not find the USB program drive and so I contacted the company by e-mail on Sunday 10th. May asking for their help. I received an automated response immediately stating that one of their support team would contact me during office hours. This morning, Monday 11th. May, I received an e-mail from Amelia Chwist asking for certain information so she could help me further. Luckily, in the meantime, I had found the USB and reinstalled the program which is now working again. I was overwhelmed by the speed of the response from Amelia. The company is in the Netherlands and I live in London. I can honestly say in all my years ( I am 75 years old) that this has been the best and fastest customer support service I have ever experienced.

I purchased IMSI Designs Turbocad from this company. Their website says they are Official IMSI Design partners, well after contacting IMSI Support to get the latest update they told me I have purchased an Unauthorised product and they can't offer any support.
Blitzhandel24 refused to give me a refund.

They sold me licence for Ashampoo PDF reader which was used multiple times and activated too many times so it’s not working. Ashampoo confirmed this. No answer from Customer Service no refund. Case passed to police and relevant departments. Avoid if you don’t want to lose your money

Ordered an M365 Family license for 12 months. Contacted and spoke to the Helpdesk to confirm that I was ordering the correct license, when digital delivery would occur.
The support person (Fin) was very responsive and confirmed the information I required hence I placed my order.

There was a slight issue with the confirmation page not being generated however when I went to PDF it the confirmation details were there.

Upon reading reviews on the business I was apprehensive however having made direct contact any concerns about ordering disappeared.

Fraudulent listing on thier website of Windows Server 2025 Essentials. The Essentials eddition is pre-licenced for 25 Users, 50 Devices and 10 vCore. What I received is Windows Server 2025 Standard, this requires additinal User/Device licences and Core licences. I contacted their support and was told that even though it is Server Standard, it is same as Essentials, a total lie. They have refused to make a refund. I have reported it to Microsoft Fraud.

Service and professionalism was exceptional. Support person followed up and resolved my issue in record time.

Thought it would be a lot harder to download ie patches etc, but Emelia was great- got me sorted within 24 hours 😀

This company was THE ONLY store that sold the software I needed but even better, their advice and support was far faster and more helpful than other online sellers I've bought from.... and I do a lot of that... £3000 + per annum

I purchased a digital product, with the expectation that I could cancel within 14 days if it were unsatisfactory. This right appeared on their home page,* as well as in the documentation they send with the purchase.**
When I wrote to them about my wish to cancel after a few days (because the OCR software was unsatisfactory) - and I credit them for responding to my communications efficiently - I was told that there was a notice at the time of my purchase that I had cancelled my right to a refund within 14 days.
I found the double meaning and exceptions on their webpage and purchase process quite misleading and unfair.

** Cancellation-policy-and-Cancellation-form.pdf This form was sent to me with the purchase before I activated the software programme. It led me to expect that I could cancel the product if it did not meet my expectations.

I had a problem activating software and emailed Blitzhandel24 for advice. Amelia was quick to respond and well able to identify the cause. She was very professional,friendly and helpful throughout. The problem was resolved and I cannot praise her enough.

False advertising is the issue you advertise sales in countries that are outside the EU and you even put the price in that countries currency. That's false advertise both misleading and deliberate. Your tech took 10 emails and 5 phone calls to finally tell me it was my problem better get a VPN because there will be no refund.
Very poor business practices by Blitzhandle and I will do google reviews about this practice.

My McAfee subscription was due for renewal in March 26. McAfee charged me £114.00 for 1 yr which was twice what I paid for 2 yrs in 2024.They charged my creditcard, which I was not happy about. I looked for a better deal and Blitzhandel24 looked good @ £43.83 for 2yrs. I called McAfee and they requested a screenshot from this site. McAfee advised me that Blitz.... is NOT an authorised partner. I thought it was McAfee trying to be awkward and avoiding a refund. However, being suspicious, I looked on the Blitz website. They have a key employee list with photos, so I did an image search. Some of the images appear to be cloned/ stolen as they appear on many sites all over the world. I have decided not to buy from this firm, so you do your own due diligence and make your own mind up.

The ordering process (for Adobe Creative Cloud Photography package) was excellent, although my initial option of Paypal increased the cost from c.£179 to c.£202. I quickly opted out of paypal and paid by bank card at the original £170. At first my Product Key / Redemption code was rejected by Adobe. A help request was quickly answered (by Amelia Chwist) who advised me to use copy&paste. It worked immediately (I had mistyped one character). A pre-sale information request had also been very promptly responded to prior to purchase. All in all, an excellent firm to deal with.

Really disappointed. Last year it took me 3 weeks to get a license after I paid (with multiple phone calls, emails etc) and no compensation. This year, I got an email to renew my license. I renewed the license and it was provided the next day. I had not activated but Blitzhandel said that it was my fault I had ordered before the existing license expired and would not refund me for the extra month when I was covered by both licenses.

Contacted to renew my anti-virus software.
They did not renew my product but replaced it with an inferior product and excluded me from the administration console.
Their customer support is useless.
Purchased 3 year renewal got 1 year renewal.
