Useless! I purchased their Expert Pdf and was sent the download link and authentication number. Needless to say the authentication number was not accepted (despite copying and pasting it). Then the customer support box does not recognize my email. When I did get in contact with their customer support they suggested ME checking my internet was working and copying/pasting the authentication number - as if I wouldn't have done these things already! What a complete waste of time. I needed it like 3 days ago.... I don't have time for this rubbish. If they are going to sell a product, then they should make sure it works, as people do not have time to muck around fixing their bugs!

I bought software. This software not working. I tryed contact blitzhandel24. No its not our problem. You must contact some one who made software. After I contact help line I got info. Yes our software not functional. But you can bought another. But price is 200% higher. I tryed contact blitzhandel24 and second times with this answer from software developer. But Blitzhandel24 answer mě, that this is not their problem. Nice.

All done, good value and it works and will fill the gap when Microsoft cease to provide Publisher. A very unwise move for those who have used it for years

Software was not recognized using the key provided. Complained... they sent another link,still no good. Asked for refund .. told me the link was good and not to change anything during install !!! ... like I was!
Backwards and forwards getting nowhere .

Bei der Installation der gekauften Software trat ein Problem auf. Ich hatte die Installationsanleitung nicht gelesen, daher kein Fehler bei Blitzhandel. Ich habe den Kundendienst per E-Mail kontaktiert und erhielt schnell eine Antwort mit klaren Anweisungen. Die Software wurde installiert und funktioniert nun einwandfrei. Vielen Dank, Akin Genc.
I encountered an issue installing the software that I purchased. I had not reade the installation insructions so no fault with Blitzhandel. I emailed customer support and received a quick response with clear instructions. The software was installed and is now working perfectly. Many thanks Akin Genc.

Credit where credit's due - I purchased Microsoft 365 from these guys and it couldn't have been smoother. I got the key instantly after purchasing, and it registered just fine with Microsoft.

I was getting so sick of other websites where they bait and switch you by offering a low price, then jacking it up with BS charges like 'payment fees' - but not with Blitzhandel24, I only had to pay what it said. Lovely jubbly

Te Company advertised that the software was suitable for my global region. When I entered the activation code, the software replied that it was not licenced for my region.

Warning!!! Purchased a 3 year subscription of a anti virus software. Recieved a license that was already expired. Scam company!! Avoid at any means possible!!

Purchased an item and delivery confirmed. After 5 days later received a letter from Parcel Force that i have to pay for Custom charges. Call Blitzhandel and spoke to an advisor about the letter received. I was advised that it is standard and that I would have to pay for it even though this wasn't advised at the time of purchase. What an unethical way of doing a business.

This programme (corel paintshop pro 23) downloaded from these people does not do what Corel claim. I will not edit raw files as they claim. It will but only after converting raw files into a different format such as jpg then edit that. This is no use whatsoever as it degrades the information originally containedin the raw file! How dumb! Details of this extra process was not stated in the advance information of the product. On top of that I currently do that for free in handbrake! Refund requested to blitzhandel24 wa unequivocally denied due to some small print clause.

I buy licence keys from them every year. No issues.

Do not use this business. They sold us a Nuance Dragon Legal 16 Program. They provided a license key to activate the program , however it was only you access on 6 occasions and then you had to provide a key to start the program. No key was provided . I contacted Nuance and they advised they had discontinued this product over a year ago and Blitzhandel wasn't accredited to sell. Contact Blitzhandel and no reply. Criminal activity

Please read the negative reviews. Unfortunately the software I purchased didn't work on my system when I tried to install it my Norton blocked the installation as malicious software. I emailed It them and they told me to lower the level of my Norton Anti Virus which I didnt do because Norton was doing what it is supposed to do to stop malicious software. I had to clean my
system in case there was any malicious software installed. I requested a refund and didn't get a refund from them. So be careful and read the negative reviews. This could be a scam company.
