Dear Customer, we are truly saddened by what happened as this type of problem does not happen often.
However, given your bad review we would like to clarify the situation and allow ourselves to be frank once and for all. The products you received are the same as those you ordered on the website. The only variation is present in the different packaging graphics. Unfortunately, not all of our suppliers/manufacturers are able to send us all the updates on packaging graphics changes in time, as in this case. Therefore we do not consider ourselves responsible for this inconvenience (as described in the clause N.5 of the Policy & Privacy page of our web site),
because it depended exclusively by the manufacturer of the Mars Italia brand.
We understand your frustration, and we are sorry for that, but you cannot ask for compensation for something like that. Furthermore, despite our recommendations with the manufacturer, it was not possible for us to reach an agreement with the supplier himself to be able to give you a possibility of compensation, since even for the manufacturer it is a trivial matter and he advised us that the product had not changed recipe or format size. Therefore, as for this case, it is just a change of packaging graphics.
Having said this, I hope that you can change your opinion towards our company and hope to see you again soon on our website. Best regards. BLOGSRL.IT
