5 useless visits from so-called 'engineers'
5 visits from so-called 'engineers' who failed to identify or fix a problem with our 9 month old washing machine, but refused to report it as unfixable!. Totally unhelpful telephone staff, who refused to acknowledge the problem. What is the point of a 3 year guarantee? Sorted eventually by the retailer.

Beautiful cooker
Beautiful cooker, fitted in under an hour by really helpful and experienced couriers. They made the whole experience pleasant. Have used my appliance since and it works beautifully. I love it!

We’ve got other Blomberg products in…
We’ve got other Blomberg products in our kitchen, so far they seem to be good, this fridge we have just purchased seem ok so far only problem is that we can’t put too much in side as not that much room.
It’s got a good warranty.

The puny light at the top of the fridge…
The puny light at the top of the fridge is not fit for purpose because it leaves the bottom half in semi-darkness. What can be done to overcome this?
The plastic containers at the bottom of the fridge are fragile, not at all solid like our previous fridge (by a different manufacturer). Are better replacements (and shelves) available?
On 7 July 2026 I tried to return the fridge for a better one, but the retailer would not entertain the request.
