Second Blomberg product very happy

As usual it's customer service that lets companies down. I have tried to register my 5 year warranty but it wouldn't accept the details. Spoke to customer services who were useless and passed me back to the retailer. They tried to register via Blomberg again without success or help. They emailed Blomberg direct and again after 5 days no response. This is just dire customer service with nobody taking on the problem and zero contact from Blomberg.
No wonder people use John Lewis as their customer service is excellent 🤬

The freezer was installed by the retailer, but after waiting some time we realised that they had not turned on the wall switch where it was plugged in behind the appliance. It would help if there was an indicator light to show when the appliance has mains power. Since it was turned on it has worked well, but there is no temperature indicator .

I absolutely love this washer & it’s the 2nd one I’ve bought, I even got my daughter to purchase one when she needed a new one & she loves hers too. The 38 min wash cycle is brilliant & saves so much time but always gets the clothes clean. It never lets me down 👍👍

We have only had our Blomberg washing machine for a few weeks and so far it certainly seems to “tick all the boxes” It is the first Blomberg product we have bought so only time will prove that it was a good choice. Will it have enduring reliability? Will it’s excellent paint finish still look good after several years ? Let’s see !

excellent refridgerator. Loads of space with useful extras, My only criticism would be I find it a little noisier than expected but I have got used to that. would highly recommend

The helpline is badly organised. Even with a 5 year warranty it only says 3 years. The telephone system doesn’t recognise the warranty. Can only help people either additional cover. Sometimes the call is ended with no explanation. Terrible service and would welcome a call from someone to help me

This was a warranty's replacement for 2 faulty tumble dryers of a different make the quality is much better.

Really good, tried nearly every wash and all great. Good value for money, looks good and seems stronger made than other makes.

A lovely cooker. Well made and stylish. LPG jet replacement unfortunately took a while to arrive but easily fitted and worth the wait

We purchased an integrated fridge freezer from a Euronics dealer. This product has a 3 year warranty but if purchased through Euronics the warranty is extended to 5 years.We made several phone calls to different numbers in an attempt to register the 5 year warranty and eventually got an email stating the warranty would be upgraded to 5 years. We still don’t have a confirmation number for a 5 year warranty!!

I was going to purchase a hover washing machine and tumble dryer but one had been discontinued.So did not know which make to go for as l wanted a condenser tumble dryer. The ladies in sales were very helpful.l eventually went with Blomberg washing machine and tumble dryer l have not been disappointed.Also a good warranty .

Loved the product however trying to register the extended guarantee was frustrating. The number given on the paperwork isn’t the number you need. I was given at least 3 different numbers. I was told I could have an extended 5 year guarantee but was only given 3 years. When I tried to call back to change this no one was able to help me and kept putting me on hold, saying they were transferring me to a different person and then the phone line went dead. I got so frustrated I gave up.
It would make me think twice before I purchased another Bloomberg product as it was too much hassle.

I am new to this brand so far it's been fine. The only thing is the door seal has a small nick in it. But everything else is fine.

I'm really delighted with my Blomberg frost free fridge freezer. It's a bit like the Tardis, space saving on the outside and great capacity on the inside. Looks great and works really well, even in the heatwaves.
