I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! The 3 pack of the skorts was a special price so I ordered the 3 colors in size L.
I was sent a size L in black, and the other skorts were size M and size S. After a week of back and forth, they said 'no need to return, we'll send you a credit to reorder'. It would have been fine except they deducted a 30% restocking fee. AND I would need to pay full price for the 2 pair of skorts AND I would need to pay shipping again. I have disputed with CC company and awaiting result.

I was shipped the wrong items and they were also defective. Not even remotely what was pictured or described. Horrible scam as I can’t get in touch with anyone to get a refund. Shame on this ‘company’.
Horrible!!!!!

These are actual jeans, not soft sweatpants that look much like jeans. THICK material. No side pockets, but actual pockets. Not slimming at all - the reverse of that! I ordered 2 pairs in large - one pair, the zipper is crooked, and the buttonhole was not cut open as in several other reviews. Fit is tight, but I can close the buttonhole (that I cut open). The wash is laughable - it literally looks like someone dumped bleach on the butt along with a grapefruit-sized circle near the waistband in the back. The waistband on the other pair is so small that I can't pull them up past mid-thigh. Complete waste of time and money. DON'T BOTHER.

The item that arrived was NOT as described. Sizing was incredibly inaccurate. They won’t accept a return 7 days past the delivery date and won’t provide a paid return label. Just a scam.

If I could give zero stars I would: For a start, the customer service is absolutely diabolical. Took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive and what did arrive was amusing. Nothing like the photos and very faulty.

Unfit to be seen dead in. Emailed them at least six times for a return label and a refund however funnily enough still waiting to hear so I have had to take it up with the bank. Avoid avoid avoid this is a complete and utter scam company from China.

took forever for them to come in the mail. They don't fit so I would like to return them. No answers at all from the company for where to ship them. emailed them 10 times! No responses at all!!! I need to report them to the BBB.

100% SCAM. Nothing at all like their advertised claims! After 6weeks of waiting what you receive is thick, stiff, cheap, dirty colored, dry clean only, small jeans with a bulky zipper, protruding button and a sewn shut button hole.

Tried sending emails to return but zero response and zero accountability, Bloomyjeans is just stealing money!

I did not received the jeans until after 1 month and 6 days after I ordered it. They did not LOOK anything like the advertised SWEAT jeans on instagram. They were thin and cheap looking. They are suppose to be lined like sweat pants, they are NOT. The biggest complaint is the button hole was sewn SHUT. How am I suppose to wear these when you can't even button the pants?!

Bought 2 pairs of jeans. Large for me (I am a 10/12) and small for my daughter (She is a size 2)
They are both way too small. Sent a message request from their website as well as an email for a return/refund as specified on the site and no response and my emails were returned to me as undeliverable. They were not cheap jeans. I am very disappointed
