Double price for customs to Germany
Having to pay nearly double price for customs 🛃 just to get the letter envelope when ordering from Germany is quite expensive, but the blotters are fine 😎

Big no on blotterstore
Blotterstore did not send my order and would not refund the 1000€ I paid for custom blotter and after 3 months and many unanswered emails offered me a 15% return of my payment. Upon asking around I found I was far from the only person this happened to. I finally recovered my funds through a chargeback on my debit card. There are reputable blotter manufacturers out there. Blotterstore is not one of them. Do not trust this business with your money.

I have checked this order and it looks like it was delivered to you in the USA in 11 working days (15 days in total)
This order was placed with our Standard Shipping, and delivered well within out stated delivery periods. so I must say this review is pretty disappointing to receive.
I have double checked our website and nowhere can I find international shipping at 3-5 business days. Even our Express Shipping option is not 3-5 days.
I have gone though the checkout process with your address to double check for any glitch or bugs and cannot find anything.
We are hopefully this may be a mistake and you will consider updating this review, or if you have anyway to show where 3-5 day international shipping was offered id be very grateful and can investigate this further.

I am wet plate collodion photographer and was looking for a unique way of having prints made of my plates for gallery display. I found the Blotter Store and he did not disappoint. We had some image sizing issues, but they were quickly remedied and turned out wonderfully. Will be ordering more soon.
