Does anyone know if a class action lawsuit has been filed against this company for all of the people that have been scammed by them (including me)? I ordered in March, 2020 and never received the bed or my money back.

If I could give no stars I would!! Ordered from them in March 2020, sent numerous emails, they kept telling me was back ordered! Never got my order or a refund!! 🤬

I, too, was scammed. Never got my dog bed nor a refund. What is the best course of action for retribution?

Scammers!!!! I ordered AND paid for 2 XXL dogs beds on May 5/2020...1 year ago and NEVER received them. I emailed "bluebench" numerous times and never got a response.

SCAM! Ordered a dog bed over a year ago and had yet to arrive. I had contact with customer service a month after the order and they said their was delays due to covid. I have proof of purchasing this the product. Do not buy anything from them.

I placed an order with Bluebench Dog Bed in May of 2020 - Contacted them and they said deliveries were delayed due to Covid. It's now January 2021 and still no dog bed. Total scam with order number and all. Going to my bank for refund.

I am one of the many that got scammed by this company. I bought a stress free bed in March, and it is now January 2020 and still no bed. I had emailed once and was responded with " we will check with logistics". Since then I have heard nothing from the company. I have placed two complaints with shopify (who don't give a flying s**t they are supporting a scam on their platform) and have now made a fraud report on my CC to get my money back. OH! and now their website is down..... fantastic

I ordered a dog bed March 2020. After months of not receiving it, I contacted the company. They said shipping was delayed because of COVID-19. It is now December, I haven't received my dog bed, and the website is now down. Definitely a scam.
