First class care
Carers always prompt, cheerful & friendly. They don't just do everything for mum they encourage her to help herself within her ability & the safety of their care. Contact with the office is easy by phone or via the app which also shows us the up & coming timetable of the carers & the times they are due, we can also read the care notes.i have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird care they really are 5 🌟

A lovely family run business
I have worked at Bluebird Care Rushcliffe & Melton for over 10 years. I have grown and flourished within this family-run company, who have always been supportive, flexible, and most importantly, appreciative of the work I do. It is a lovely place to work even if the demands of the job can be stressful and times. We all have each other’s backs. Our customers are fantastic and are very grateful for what we do. I enjoy the value our service provides to the local community.

During my Mum’s recent stay in hospital…
During my Mum’s recent stay in hospital ,Bluebird and some of the regular carers have kept in touch with me as to my Mum’s progress. This has shown me how much they care about her and her well being. Since being discharged from hospital, Bluebird have been very flexible and helpful in providing extra support that she needs at the moment and chasing up the relevant agencies to get various equipment that will help both Mum and the carers to assist her on her road to recovery. I have peace of mind. knowing that Mum is being well cared for and being helped in her continuing rehab at home.

A breath of fresh air
My carer is willing to do anything I ask her. We make each other laugh. She also gets on well with my partner and dog. This makes me feel safe and I trust her to take care of my needs. I would describe her as a breath of fresh air. No matter what has happened earlier during the day, my carer always gives me her full attention. My carer also lets me know if she is going to arrive earlier or later than expected. I really appreciate this especially when I am in the house in my bedroom on my own.
