Bluebird care Worthing is such an amazing place to work. Staff are all great fun and help each other out. Customers are friendly and so greatful for our support. Office team are fabulous and so very supportive of theirs carers. They support carers any way they can and constant offer training workshops to further develop your skills
My mother was billed a further month due to needing extra care which Bluebird could not offer.
Forced to cancel services the management showed zero ethics requesting the months money.
Have found another company which are able to provide the extra care, so well worth looking into other companies.
Bluebird is definitely under staffed even to the point that the weeks schedule was late or had to ask for it.
There is also a change in carers which isn’t a good sign and detrimental to personal care services.
Really disappointed with them, I would not recommend.
