Fantastic customer service!!!!!! So glad I left the last guys and came over to Blue fang. Been a customer about a year.

I’ve been using Blue Fang Solutions for a few years now for several different gaming servers, and I’ve always felt their pricing is fantastic for the level of service you get. I love modding my servers and changing things often, and they’ve always been quick to help and incredibly accommodating. They make everything easy—even for beginners who are setting up their first server. I highly recommend this company.

Had numerous instances where our Valheim server was just offline this past year, episodes of poor connection, players unable to connect. Unable to access file manager for around an entire day at times. Had to wait forever for things to not be a frozen mess. Wouldn't recommend.

I briefly rented a server from Bluefang about a year ago and had a great experience while getting it set up and using it.

Fast forward a year, and I decided to spin it back up for another round. I was surprised how simple it was to reactivate it, rather than going through a whole new server setup, and they had even preserved the data all that time and updated it for me to the latest version of the modpack. The server was back up and available almost immediately after purchase, and it was as easy to go and edit the configuration over FTP as it was a year ago.

Small things like that really help set it apart from other server hosts I've tried in the past.

We have used these guys a few times for servers. Its a nice system to use even for people with not much pc skills. However any time we are stuck in a bind we can email the guys and they get back to us very quickly every time.

Jose is an excellent person! He was fast in response, professional, and best of all he was very helpful-reviewing the problem and solving it so fast that it kept game night with the boys alive.

I host a 7DTD server with Blue Fang.
Excellent support and a stable environment. I've used them in 2015 for this same reason. I am a repeat customer and appreciate their great experience.

Josh and his crew are some of the best support guys you could ask for. Used them since 2014 and never strayed away from them for a reason. They're fast to respond, servers are perfect, no lag, helpful beyond any other host. Couldn't ask for more. 10 stars.

Changing my review

Pros
Very fast support when live support is active.
Access to your server files so you can make changes
Server is very stable and live support is very helpful and friendly
Small mods work through their panel uploader (No bigger then 1 GB)

Cons
Whenever you upload files via filezilla (Files over 1gb cus you cant upload them on their panel) they corrupt because the windows on their machine flags them everytime.
Live support isn't always active during key times during daylight hours so if you corrupt your files your server is down till further notice.
Tickets take too long to get seen for small issues.

I am using them for a modded conan server
I recommend using them if you don't plan on changing your server files or modding with large mods often since they don't have auto mod updaters and files corrupt too often to make it worth the wait and price.

I've been using BlueFang for a couple years now on and off. Usually just get a server for a month or two when playing a game. Very fast server setup, good interface (including FTP), never a problem with lag, no downtime, and reasonable prices. The few times I reached out to support with questions I had human responses within the hour. You can't go wrong with these guys.

They were able to get custom settings to work where other server providers were not able to do! Joshua is best and he is one that got it to work! Their response and communications are outstanding and always go above and beyond! I got two servers with them currently and recommend.

These guys really are a cut above the other server services I have used in the past. Excellent service, excellent systems, integrated FTP, the whole nine yards. The new standard by which all others will be judged in the future!

Side note: Brad was the technician assisting me and was excellent in every regard. Really knows his stuff with servers, and the modding community as a whole.

Will definitely keep bringing my business here. 5 starts our of 5 stars!

I've tried a LOT of different hosts for 7d2d over the years, but prior to trying out BlueFangSolutions, I had not found any that really lived up to their customer support claims. Their layout may be overwhelming at first to someone used to a simpler control panel, but their Support reps are very helpful in giving you the assistance you need to get things up and running. The price is also pretty competitive. No complaints here.

Amazing support, cheapest prices!

Stark differente between this and others.
Without naming the other host provider, Craig helped me through all the steps and solved all my doubts, even correcting some of my mistakes according to the server set-up. I can't speak for the rest of the support team, but he has definitely made us feel the price is worth it.

1000/10 recommend BlueFang!! I dont even know where to start! Their set up was super simple, my server was up and running the same day with little wait time. And their support chat? Let me just say being a first time server owner I felt BAD for the amount of questions and help I needed especially with navigating the server documents for mods and other things, and these guys went above and beyond explaining things and helping me out with everything. Extremely patient and understanding, and willing to make sure I understood how things worked. New or experienced with servers, i cannot recommend them enough!

This is by far the best service provider i ever choose to run my servers on, been with them for just over a year now and man, i could never ask for the best services ever. Blue Fang, You always get a 1000% satisfactory from me. Highly recommended. Believe me, Price and service....They are the best. I started of with 1 server, then 2 now i am running 3. So let that speak for it self. Now its 2022. Still with them.
