I called to have them explain my dosage…
I called to get clarification about my dosage, but the representative I spoke with was quite rude, to the point that I ended up hanging up. I was ultimately able to find the information I needed on Google, and it was explained in a way that was clear and easy to understand. That experience made it seem like the customer service representative could have provided a much better explanation.
BlueHavenRx may want to focus on improving the quality of their customer service. While it’s possible the representative was just having an off day, the interaction left a negative impression on me.
