Ordered a bag, sent an email asking on the progress of delivery.. no response and next thing I know I received a refund through PayPal. No email saying anything at all!! So just assume that is that!!!

they do not ship orders out and they have a phone number that doesn’t work absolute disgrace of a company! Luckily i got a refund through PayPal but this company is a joke please do not buy from this company!!

Had an email to confirm payment and said would send by Royal Mail 3-5 working days. No sign of order over a week later with no confirmation of postage and no response to email query. Luckily paid by paypal who refunded me when I put a dispute in.

Cannot get a response despite 2 emails and phone call (voice mail says they are unavailable). My query is simple - I ordered a garment in the wrong size and just want to change it to a size up. There does not seem to be an option to do this on the website, hence my attempts to contact them. I realised I'd ordered the wrong size as soon as I'd placed the order and have been trying to contact them since.

Item not sent, no communication. Had to raise a chargeback request through my card provider to get the money back.

Item not shipped, no response to emails.

Do not buy from this site. I bought 2 dresses and returned due to not fitting. I sent them back recorded delivery and sent an email. No refund or response. Shocking customer service 😡

I ordered 4 dresses, decided to keep 1, sent back the other 3, I have not recieved my refund and no response to the 3 emails I sent and telephone number not working. Please do not order from here !!!

Terrible customer service. Ordered costume for Halloweens way in advance, it never arrived. Tried to call, no answer. Sent 3 emails - no reply, contacted thorough the website - no contact back. Absolute joke. Never again. Money wasted. Avoid this shop !

Item Jumper pictured 9 stripes on which is what i wanted. ARRIVED with 19 stripes on - nothing like.
Emailed but NO REPLY
Had to go through PayPal for refund.
They promised to refund return postage but have not.
AVOID THIS SHOP.

I really like the dresses, I didn't need to return so didn't use customer services, they arrived in less than a week and are well made and pretty to dress up for parties and going out or dress down for every day.

I ordered a dress and received the wrong style. I have emailed twice to inform them and sent them multiple FB messages and comments giving them time to reply, but have had zero response. I was excited to find a new brand, but I am not impressed with their service.

Poor customer service, I had no idea when to expect my items. I was promised I'd receive tracking information once my items were shipped but never received anything.
I thought I'd ordered from a spam company as it took over a week for my items to arrive, which you wouldn't expect for a company based in the UK.
The dress is a nice fit & lovely pattern but the quality of the stitching is terrible, not sure how long it will last.
I am reluctant to contact the company as other reviews state they don't respond to emails or phone calls.

I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
