Lousy product description and non existent customer service
In June I ordered a waist coat in my normal size M, it was absolutely enormous although it was labelled correctly as M. I returned it and got refund.
Learning from this, on 1st July my girlfriend ordered a drummer jacket for me in size S. It arrived yesterday and it was still too big: loose across the chest, too long and the arms nearly two inches too long. We have had to return this too and order an XS!!!
I am NOT an XS: I'm a normal size M male 173cm, 70kg, 38 chest and 32 waist.
No reply when you ring RoRox, just answer machine both times. They might as well not have a mobile number as they can't be bothered to answer it.
The drummer jacket was ordered with a $5 discount code, but when they send you the wrong size clothes, they don't offer to exchange for the correct size, they just tell you they will refund and you must order again.
But, you've obviously used your discount code up the first time. (Fortunately we had another discount code to order the XS!)
The quality of the garments is probably better than most selling similar stuff on the web, but the non-existent, shoddy customer service is appalling.
Why should customers have extra expense and hassle just because Ro Rox Boutique can't be bothered to size their product correctly or offer a decent exchange service to make amends for THEIR errors?
