After having a very bad experience with our last Property Management company, Dan and Carol have been exceptional at helping us rent our apartment, and get everything sorted for us. My family have rented properties with Blue for over 20 years. The service has been excellent. It is personalised efficient and friendly. I believe its strength is due to it being a well run independent local company with good staff and links to local tradesmen. If work needs to be carried on a property it is assessed first, you are consulted and provided with reasonable quotes before work is carried out. With regards to prospective tenants my experience is they thoroughly vetted, assessed and discussed with you prior to tenancy.
