Working with Blue Star and James has been an incredibly valuable experience. They have a high service level, expertise and competence, and offer many options for you to create a strong short and long term financial plan. I also noticed that in no way are they aggressive in pushing products, they are focused on your goals and providing you with solutions to evaluate together. I highly recommend Blue Star.

Had an issue with the main payment method.
Representative (broker agent) is quite fast to react though.
A hotline and responses to the email clients send directly on the contact email listed on the website would help.
The platform functionalities are lacking a little too.

I am working with Ian Bell in Shanghai. I find him to be knowledgeable, attentive and proactive in his management of my investments. We hold regular reviews to understand the markets, adjust portfolios and ensure they continue to meet my family needs.
