I recently attended the Menopause Champion training and was so impressed with the knowledge of the trainer Amanda, the content was informative and easy to follow, and the breakout sessions were a great opportunity for the groups to share their own experiences. Feel well equipped to support my peers, colleagues, even family and friends.

A great webinar that was really helpful. Regarding autism and all the information that will help me to help the people I support on a daily basis.
Hearing it from a professional that could possibly be on the spectrum was very enlightening.
Sarah West has an easy voice to listen to plus very knowledgeable.
Also the fact it was free and it didn't cost the company I work for....that was a bonus !

I have just completed my third course with BMR and I want to say that I have thoroughly enjoyed all of them. The trainers were personable, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable, which made the sessions both interesting and easy to follow. I found the courses accessible, useful, and genuinely memorable, with practical content that I can confidently apply in my line of work.

I really value the additional skills and confidence these courses have given me. The follow-up email after the training was swift and very comprehensive, including certificates and digital badges for my email signature, which was a great touch. It’s also incredibly helpful that the training is shared afterwards, so you can refer back to it whenever needed.

Overall, the experience has been consistently positive, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BMR to anyone looking for high-quality, practical training delivered in a friendly and professional way.

I went into the course quite unsure on what I would achieve from it, and it was genuinely eye opening. Ann is an incredibly engaging trainer, held tough conversations with professionalism, empathy and clarity. In an environment with construction workers, it can be difficult to have these conversations but she made the room feel safe, inclusive and respectful, a perfect balance of serious content delivered with warmth and approachability. 

The training I received from BMR and Ann was absolutely fantastic. The way the training was delivered was 100% professional and delivered at the right pace.

All topics discussed are relevant to the work place and every day life and I feel more equipped now to help people and begin conversations regarding mental health.

Throughout the duration of the awareness course I felt in a safe space and supported. Every topic was presented respectfully and explained with detail so we could get the full understanding of what we was being educated on.

I would 100% recommend anyone to attend this training and I will certainly be looking to continue with training in this area .

Informative information regarding the broader picture of men's physical and mental health. A worthwhile use of anyone's time.

Great introductory trainings in a bite size format which helps you to understand where you would like to invest more time at a later date. I attended the neurodiversity training in Dec and I am now arranging the managers of others training based on how useful I found the bite size session.
I have also run training for my team for menopause, Suicide awareness and men's health all of which went down extremely well with the team.

We have been using BMR for our employee well-being program. They have been very helpful and have tailored 6 sessions throughout the year on various health and wellbeing topics. The sessions some run by Shiela and some by external experts have been engaging, informative, and practical. Would recommend them as a great provider for health & wellbeing training and information.

Breack out room with each other was very helpful. I would like the course to be face to face, rather than zoom, but I understand not many can do this.

We have engaged BRM for several courses, including Mental Health First Aid and Neurodiversity Training. BRM consistently delivers exceptional professionalism combined with a friendly and personable approach. We wholeheartedly recommend BRM to anyone seeking high-quality training services!

The BMR webinar was excellent, the expert presenter made a big impact and was able to draw from both their own and their families challenges and experience, he really brought it home to me how easily we can sweep aside the difficulties faced by people with ND conditions.
