I went to BGE for extension game. As a newcomer in game with figure, they helped me to correct my order. Items were in perfect conditions and shipping was pretty fast.
If I would buy another game or recommend to someone, I will certainly go for BGE.
I made a pre-purchase of a product five months before it was released, and all the time I was informed of the status of the purchase, something that is very much appreciated.

Recently, I had a personal issue with a product I purchased. Alexander from their customer support team helped me resolve it, and we found a great solution. I highly recommend their service.
I made a preorder in October 2024 and received the items in February 2025. They were carefully packed, all perfect.
While waiting I got in touch with the customer service twice to verify the status of my order and in both occasions I had a very helpful and friendly experience on their chat.
The person at the BGE side was truly fun to interact with and very helpful. I got the impression of dealing with a business that cares about the customer, with the customer service that takes time to answer questions and go the extra mile to have a pleasant personal interaction.
5 starts fully deserved, I would buy again from BGE in the future

A one of a kind store for exclusive board games. They have a large collection of high quality games I'm interested in.
Delivery of the game was smooth and timely without any problems. They even gave a small little extra game and a nice thank you note as a nice surprise :)

Fantastic purchase from BGE, nice easy website to navigate and regular updates as the order progressed. Their customer service is also very good when they checked the latest update for my delivery that was taking longer than expected due to import customs. They reassured me everything was ok and my order will be delivered soon. When it arrived it had been packaged well and the contents in perfect condition. The note from the BGE team in the box was a nice touch.

First off let me say after everything, I owe this company not only the 5 stars but an apology. I really put Alexander and BGE through the ringer, staying in constant communication and needing answers, updates, changes, and more.
BGE responded right away, even more so, they were coordinating communication with international brokers and other agencies to make sure I was provided with the most accurate communication available.
After sometime, the products were still being held through no fault of BGE but I ended up asking for a refund request which they still obliged me on.
in the long run, the package arrived, packaged perfectly in great condition and even included an extra gift. I honestly felt so ashamed after this process that I reached back out them, hat in hand, hoping that they would accept my apology. Not only did they do that, they even offered me a further discount for all the troubles.
If I could ever repay this company for their kindness, diligence, and general amazing customer service, I would. The only form of repayment they would accept, after my insistence, was some kind words.
Let me tell you rest assured, you will get the best quality customer service, games, and attention that you can possibly find out there.
I will definitely do what I can to give them more business through my own needs or anyone else that let's me know they are looking for some Board Game stuff, I will insist they buy from BGE.

Recently purchased an item with this company, using the website was very clear and easy.
We had some issues with shipping due to changing shipping rules to the UK which was not the sellers fault in any way and they were very prompt in trying to find a solution to resolve the issue. The order hit another problem with the courier and again, the team at BGE were fast to help resolve the issue and very communicative. A great example of highlighting how to help provide a solution to a problem that can crop up.
Service was friendly and fantastic, highly recommend.
