what a wonderful experience from the…
what a wonderful experience from the start. A friend of mine had one done about 1 year or so ago, shown me the doll and I decided to have one made last month. I did my review of this company and saw some mixed reviews overall. Normally I wouldnt have chosen them due to the mix but seeing the doll they made, had me realize as in life, you can't please everyone. Well, I am pleased and can truly recommend them with 5 stars. The sad part I realize being a business owner as well, people love to complain and write the worst of a company because that is how it seems to be. The people who love my business seem to never write a review how good we are and it seems we thrive on trying to hurt someone because of our own issues.
Well, trust me, provide a good photo this company, read their process emails with the proofs they send and the magic occurs. Choose to expect perfection while sending a bad image or making approvals and expect them to make changes which cannot be done after an approval, you end up not being satisfied.

Recreating Our Company Mascot
We asked Bobblemaker if they could recreate our company mascot as a bobblehead and they did an A+ job. Our company mascot is a green humanoid blade of grass...so not an easy task but we love how the bobblehead turned out. Great communication, fast shipment, and excellent quality. We are ordering more! Highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a customized bobblehead.

J’ai voulut faire un cadeau original pour un ami, j’ai reçu le cadeau et pour m’assurer de la ressemblance j’ai vérifié et c’est absolument pas ressemblant à la photo que j’ai envoyé. 130€ le cadeau non personnalisé, j’avoue être extrêmement déçu et je ne recommanderai pas sur ce site

Une catastrophe! Objet arrivé cassé, Sav qui ne répond pas aux mails, pas ressemblant du tout parce que pas de suivi… délais commandé début novembre reçu au mois de janvier pour cadeau de noel alors que sur leur site 4 jours pour la fabrication. La figurine est arrivée cassée et n’a plus aucune utilité 115 euros jetés.

Fu*cking alful! Paid over £100 for a bobble head that looks nothing like me! they done the hair dark brown and my hair is white blonde!? The eyes was green and my eyes are blue! looks like they just sent me a bobble head of some random!!! AVIOD
Because you have responded to my negative review I’m added to this review my order was placed with your company! I still have the email going back all them years ago I don’t like company’s that lie! even when I sent them a email saying it looked nothing like the photo I sent to them, they offered me a £15 refund of a product that cost me over £100 takes the mick really! don’t lie saying it was not your company it was if I could upload the print screens of the emails to the old review I would. Or shall I do a completely new review and uploads all the print screens to prove and show it’s your company? don’t like this horrible lying company!

Terrible
Terrible. Looks nothing like the picture. I paid for fastest possible sculpting and timeframes were not even close to being met. When I queried the timeframe and what I paid extra for, they asked me to be sympathetic because they were busy. They offered to refund half of what I paid for expedited sculpting even though it wasn’t done faster at all. Then they didn’t refund me. Disappointed in what arrived. The only thing that bears a resemblance to the person is the clothing on the doll. I feel like they took a standard head from something else with hair and eye colours that were close enough and stuck it on the body

their communication sucks
I ordered two bobble heads a week before Memorial Day weekend thinking I could get them by the party I was hosting for our company. I ordered two for our senior guys as a surprise.
I let them know the occasion and they told me they could get it done fast if requested which I did. I confirmed the shipping address.
Their website states normally it takes 10-15 days for them to be made and shipped out. It’s been over 17 days since I ordered 14 days since I’ve approved the order. They emailed me telling me a week ago they shipped it out. I got an email a a few days ago stating it was just shipped with a tracking # that’s not valid after checking the status. It also shows half the address given not sure if I’ll ever get them.
I emailed them a couple of days ago in which I didn’t get any response. I’ve spent $170 For two bobble heads promised many things still have yet to see these arrive.

My bobble head doll’s head doesn’t bobble. Poor quality control. The hair on the doll pins the head forward in a downward position. Now I have a bobble head doll whose head doesn’t bobble. That’s pretty lame.

Can't reach customer service.
If you send them photos that look exactly as you want the doll to look they often but not always do a good job of sculpting. Their customer service is dreadful. I don't recommend them at all.
I've ordered many times. I've received bad and well-crafted dolls. This year's doll had the 2nd worst communication I've experienced. In the end, after emailing four times and leaving a review, they did get me my completed proof. I approved the proof and got my doll quickly. It looks great.
I recommend finding another gift rather than trying to buy a bobble from them.

Nightmare Customer Service
Ordered two Bobbleheads - both female, one a drummer and one a bass player. Only had only male bodies for these, so I put in the notes that these were female and to call me before the order - no email or call so I thought it'd be fine. After two weeks of back and forth on changes to the heads, they let me know the heads were going on male bodies - and that I needed to pay more for a full custom body. Because I was out of time, I paid up and approved whatever they sent me - now, I need these in three days and still have only received one. (Even though they are telling me they sent both in the same, small, thin package that could just barely fit one) - Luckily, there's a phone number that just rings long enough for you to leave as many unanswered messages as you'd like
