However, their customer service and design team worked with me diligently, revised the face and hair several times and the final design is a very close resemblance. They are reasonably priced and most importantly if you prefer they show their work product from face to hair design and clothing allowing for your input at every stage. The final product is very carefully crafted. I expect I’ll use them again.
