Poor updates
Once I placed the order with Bockers & Pony, I got confirmation it had been received. But that’s where it stopped. I’d heard nothing else. No tracking number, no order out for delivery, no delivery received, NOTHING.
I had to contact a few times to confirm everything.
I’m sure my dad will absolutely love the beautiful Hamper. But unfortunately bad service??

Disappointing delivery
I ordered two hampers for work colleagues anniversaries and requested delivery on a certain date. Both packages were delivered two days before the date they were supposed to have been.
