Bollard Security Opiniones

Excellent from start to finish. After my car was targeted for a 2nd time, I decided bollards were needed.

After requesting an initial quote Richard responded within 30 mins and helped advise me of what would meet my requirements, and was transparent and honest (suggesting I needed 3, not 4 bollards like I initially thought).

Within less than 5 days my bollards were installed; Steve was a credit to the business - polite, courteous and meticulous. The bollards look fantastic and were installed to blend in with the border of my driveway.

Literally couldn’t be happier with the outcome and I feel much safer knowing.l my cars are protected.

Thanks again Richard and team!

Spent ages looking at websites and settled on thses guys and very glad i did. A quality product ordered and expertly installed within 4 days. A fantastic exceptional service. Don’t go anywhere else.

We needed a retractable bollard to protect our new campervan. Richard was easily contactable and gave excellent advice. Despite living 300 miles from where the company is based, the bollard was installed within a week, incredible! A special word for Steve who did the installation. He did perfect job in the dark and rain, and despite having to work solo that day. I highly recommend this company.

Great communication, team was really efficient , and great workmanship, everything left clean and in good order, would definitely recommend them.

We've just had the D4 telescopic bollard installed , we have a shared driveway so our biggest concerns were the underground utilities, but all went well with no issues, the install guys got the bollard installed within an hour.
They worked fast, efficient and once the the install was completed and they'd cleaned up they showed us how to use the bollard and gave us advice on maintenance.
We should have had this installed years ago.
All in all a great company, from ordering to discussing bollard options with Richard to the install guys, a smooth process, at a great price, we would absolutely recommend these guys.

Bollard Security provided an outstanding service from start to finish. Richard was knowledgeable, honest, and quick to respond, and the installation was completed professionally and with great care. The bollards themselves are solid, high-quality, and exactly what I needed for added security. After-sales support has also been excellent, with Richard going above and beyond to help out and ensure we were satisfied . I highly recommended them.

Superb product and a great installation team 👍🏻

Ordered and fitted within 24hours

Richard at Bollards Security was nothing but exceptional, Id had zero knowledge on bollard for my commercial premises but I needed good top of the range quality and Bollard Security went above and beyond with what they supplied me as they was insurance approved and anti ram bollards at a price that was unbeatable (I was rude enough to try beat the price and failed).
Once agreed on the type of bollard they was fitted the next day!

Ryan the fitter was very experienced and ran us through each detail and kept calling me over to make sure I was happy with the placement which was measured to the mm. Once fitted he cleaned up and left the place clean as if he was never there apart from the bollards in place.

Richard was kind enough to throw in few extra keys free of charge which is well appreciated. I will definitely been using them again and recommending to all.

Second time using these guys and countless recommendations.

I'll keep it simple, the best in the bollard game, quick, fair price and reliable. Go above and beyond to make sure the jobs done right.

Brilliant service.

Richard was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My bollard was installed within a couple of days by 2 lovely men who were quick, efficient, neat, tidy and polite. Easy to use and I would happily use this company again.

Bollard cover finally replaced. Original review removed as requested by owner. Communication is key!
Maybe give your customers all information at point of buying about how water affects the dropdown of the bollards!

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish from Richard and his team. Following a very simple phone call we placed the order quickly and the engineers arranged the install sooner than expected.
Following the install the service beats expectations and is very simple to use.

Was impressed with his knowledge on this type of security and he was more than happy to answer.. with no pressure at all. That same Monday, Ordered our security posts to be supplied and fitted. Received conformation of order and fit date Thursday that same week. Calvin came & fitted security post, cleaned up & gave us a demo on how to operate our security post. 1st class service. From initial contact with Richard to installation I cannot fault Bollard Security LTD. 2 lift assisted SQ 20 bollards fitted today before noon. The fitter,Caleb, turned up on time & worked hard all morning finishing the job about noon. Really professional guy who tidied up as he went along. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bollard Security.
Many thanks.

Absolute 5 stars and would give more if it would let me. We had an automatic bollard fitted on a private driveway which is the absolute bees knees. The lads that fitted it were courteous and helpful and tidied up after themselves 100 %. An absolute star of a firm from start to finish. Would definitely recommend .
