Delivery was delayed and failed to inform me of the delay, only once I chased was I informed of the new delivery date. Arrangements were made to take delivery on the day in question but delivery was attempted the day prior. Very fustrating experience.

This time - too Slow and wrong
It too long to place the order - slow response to emails.
The delivery was far too long.
I asked for and paid for an extra lock with same key to fit the gate I had previously bought from you. The delivered locks don't have the same key and I have emailed, but no response.
It is a shame because my previous order went perfect

I ordered a bollard for a job in the centre of Lincoln and was expecting the order to take 2-3 weeks to be delieverd. the bollard arrived within 5 daysand in perfect condition

Excellent Service - Could'nt have asked for better!
’m currently rebuilding my driveway and decided to add four bollards as part of the new setup. I needed them urgently, so next-day delivery was really important.
Before placing the order, I called Barriers Direct and spoke to a wonderful lady to check whether next-day delivery could be guaranteed. She couldn’t have been more helpful. I also needed all four bollards to have matching locks/keys, which could have made things more complicated.
She checked everything for me and, knowing how urgently I needed them, advised that they would get to work on preparing the bollards immediately — even before I had actually placed the order — to make sure they could be dispatched that day.
True to their word, they arrived today and they’re already installed!
Really swift, efficient and genuinely helpful service from start to finish. I even received a small discount for ordering four, which was a nice bonus.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually goes out of its way to help a customer when timing matters.
Highly recommend Barriers Direct and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
