I ordered a Hampstead zinc window box to replace my old battered B&Q plastic one and it is beautiful! However I believe an ivy is missing as it only came with two plants which is my only complaint. Delivery was quick and handled with personal care.

Superb customer service when I ordered an olive tree online and then had it delivered and repotted. It’s really could not have been better - so I highly recommend!

Love the selection and how easy it was to order online. The customer service was excellent-one item I ordered was not in stock and they provided options to replace or refund. Great quality! Love both the online and in person stores.

Really healthy plants arrived on time only slight hesitation was delivery costs but am glad to recieve them as elderly and disabled and can’t go to garden centre but exited to see these 5 ferns grow ❤️

The pot that we had pre-ordered was ready to collect on time, but, more than that, all the staff were so helpful and the selection of plants is outstanding. So we came away with a lot more than we had planned!

Great plants and knowledgeable, helpful staff

We've had Boma design and install two different garden projects at our home in Central London and we could not be happier with the results! Most recently we worked with Sean and Paul who did an outstanding job on a roof terrace garden installation. Sean handled most of the design part of the job and was a delight to work with. He listens carefully, has expert horticulture knowledge and provides lots of design and plant options. He continually checked in to make sure we were "on the same page" and was mindful of budgets. I also appreciated his flexibility, problem-solving and "can do" attitude on this complicated project. Excellent communication throughout the process.

Both he and Paul worked very hard to complete the installation which unfortunately happened during one of the extreme heatwaves to hit London this summer. They have a very strong work ethic, even under these trying conditions!

We interviewed a couple of other garden design companies and Boma was, by far, the most reasonably priced. It is a pleasure to support this local, family-owned business and we are very grateful for the enhancements they've made to our living space!

They know what they are doing in the garden and they do it well. Not all that cheap but creative and competent.
