The instructions were simple and easy to follow. I really like the Sleepscapes Library with its variety of sleep inducing sounds, including 8 different categories of sounds, with multiple options within each category. I already have a favorite or two, but looking forward to trying all!

I love the library. It is an experience wondering through the different moods and sounds. The kind and friendly help that you get from customer service, sets a good example for other companies to copy. And of course, the sound that you get from the earsbuds is great. Can't go wrong with them.

First, let me say that I am very picky and I have tried a few different sleep headphones and ear buds already from other companies, none which I have been happy with. However, I am VERY happy with the Bella Sleep Pros. Shipping was super fast. I received them in 3 days after ordering. When I first got them I had some trouble getting them to pair together but it was just me not reading the troubleshooting guide fully and I missed the part where I could reset the buds. Once I did that they were perfect. They are comfortable, They stay on all night, they do not fall out of my ears, and they have not lost connectivity as of yet. The app is fun, the sounds are amazing, and I'm looking forward to upcoming features for the app. I want to try the XS ones too so when I get a little extra money, I'm going to order the XS ones to try too. Never can hurt to have more than one pair. Thank you Bella Sleep Company!!!

Nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company and its products. Love the white noise and other sleep sound options as I try to drown out my wife’s snoring. They’re helping me get the right size and have been super responsive.

So I order the standard pair for my wife and they were a little too big for her ear. Had a good sound library but couldn't experience it all due to size. I reached out to customer service and they were awesome. Quick replies and willing to help get a smaller size. They made arrangements to send me the XS version. Great customer service.

I have been using a headband for years and thought I would finally move up in the world and try some ear buds. These ear buds are awesome- great sound quality, charge is long lasting and they have quite a bit of range for blue tooth. Also, the sound app is awesome to fall asleep to. However, my little ears just couldn’t get used to them while sleeping. Upon contacting customer service, they were quite accommodating and gave me several options on how to fix the issue. Also, they were quick in responding to my issue. I’m looking forward to trying a smaller size for my little ears. I definitely recommend these ear buds.

The Bonamour Sleep System has a great sound to them and the library app has a good range of different sounds. I really like that they can be bluetoothed to other apps as well. Much better than the "other" sleep buds I own.

Their customer service is awesome as they have helped me with an issue of earbud size. They are responsive and very positive in how they handle things. Impressed with Bonamour because most customer service experiences in this day and age make you feel like you are being a pain and just want you out of their hair as fast as possible. That is not the case with Bonamour!

Purchased Sleep buds that did not meet my expectations. Reached out to customer service and informed them of my disappointment. They quickly responded and offered many solutions to make me a happy customer. Other options and troubleshooting

5/12/24 update. Customer service sent me a second pair to try. Not the ones I requested but tried them. The battery only lasted 4 hours. I use them for sleep and I sleep for more than 4 hrs. Also these too were not noise canceling. They offered to send me another pair, maybe the other ones I wanted to try. I told them these were not going to work for me and just please provide a refund upon return of the items sent.

**** warning, this company does not offer refunds, therefore if you do not like their product you are stuck and they are not cheap**

I have always been a troubled sleeper. Matter what I try, I haven't found a way to sleep soundly. This all changed when I found out about these headphones. I am not a side sleeper or a back sleeper but I'm rather a twisting and turning sleeper throughout the night. Very pleased that these earbuds stayed in no matter how I twist or turn. Upgrading to the pro version now because I love these so much. These earbuds are a true game changer for anyone who is seeking a great night of rest. I pair this with the calm app and I'm able to listen to a plethora of sounds to meditate to or to fall asleep to.

Easy to set up with the app. Good options for ambient noise that helps drown out a noisy sleepers next to me :)

I've used many sleep apps and sound machines, and the Bonamour system is a definite step up. Different in a good way, and worth trying! Customer service is also very good, which is a rarity with many vendors these days. Thank you!

Garbage ,don’t buy

The sound quality is great and the customer service is quick!

I have had a couple different sleep masks with flat earphones, but the wires kept breaking from constantly unplugging and plugging them in. So I moved on to earbuds. I've tried several pair of earbuds without great luck because of earbuds' playback time or size. I purchased the Sleep System and tried them for a couple weeks. I am a side-sleeper and ended up with a sore inside my ear. I reached out to Bonamour Customer Service and worked with Catherine to get a smaller pair that, hopefully, will fit my ears better. I look forward to giving them a try!

Also, since purchasing the Sleep System, I have used the sound library for comforting noise to fall asleep and stay asleep. I'm pleased with the variety of sounds and how quickly they've helped me fall asleep.

My earbuds are less than one year old and are no longer holding a full charge. Per the website they are under a 5 year warranty.However when I email the company they refuse to engage in answer. I'm not sure that they are worth the price if you cannot get the company to assist when necessary.

This product only lasts like 4 hours! Does not last all night! Can’t return your product either! Recommend Bose over this!!!

Sound library just wonderful! I found all I wanted, from rain sounds to different color noises to help me sleep better!

Claim to be similar to Bose, ordered Pro and Extra small both extremely uncomfortable, not noise cancelling and ran out of charge after 4-5 hours
No returns even for the unused set I brought my husband - nothing like Bose

The earbuds I initially ordered were not a good fit, but customer service worked with me to remedy the issue.
