The company seems to contract work out with zero quality control. The cleaning was abysmal, and the reclean involved spending hours pointing out what was obviously dirty. I ended up spending many hours cleaning to an acceptable standard afterwards

Terrible customer service. Waited almost 2 hours for a no show. The office kept telling me 20 minutes until they arrive to finally find out they were on another job. Complete waste of time and terrible service. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

We booked a bond clean with Bond Cleaners.au weeks in advance for our move-out from a Brisbane apartment. We were given a confirmed 9:00am start time and organised everything around that ,cat pickup, daycare for our daughter, and clearing the apartment so the cleaners could get straight to work.

By 9:30am, no one had arrived. We called the company and were told they couldn’t get hold of the “service provider”, which is when it became clear they use subcontractors. After several phone calls, we were eventually given the cleaner’s number, and she told us she wasn’t prepared to do the job for what she’d been offered by bond cleaners.au even though our written quote from Bond Cleaners.au was $680 for a full bond clean including carpets.

In the end, the company cancelled the job and said they would refund our $50 deposit, but we were left with no bond clean on our move-out day and had to scramble to find another company at short notice. The stress and inconvenience were huge for such a time-sensitive service.

Based on this experience , poor communication, no-show on the booked time , I would not use Bond Cleaners.au again and wouldn’t recommend them to others.

Bond Cleaners.au failed to provide a proper bond clean, and the real estate confirmed the property did not meet bond standard. Despite promising a re-clean, they did not collect the keys, did not attend, and provided conflicting explanations. With new tenants moving in, I had to pay another cleaner. They refused a refund even though they didn’t complete the service. Very disappointing and stressful experience.

This company is absolutely pure 💯 % rip off for a bond clean,so much so much was missed plus with extras that I also paid was also unsatisfactory with multi emails including pictures of the back an forth that this company refuses to give me a FULL REFUND, because I didn't receive my Full BOND back from the Agent because I had to pay more money for someone else to redo this BOND CLEAN i do not recommend at all this company for any any cleaning at all what so ever this whole experience has been very very unprofessional and was stressful to an say the least this shouldn't even get a 1 star

Worst experience ever! Won’t give you a paid invoice as they want to charge you more on the day. They simply subcontract the work out to subcontractors. The subcontractors then lie to you. They didn’t even do half the job. Refused to let me speak to a manager. Refused to give me a partial refund when I just wanted to finish my job first. Did not communicate well. Feels like a horrible scam. Use at your own risk. You can’t find or leave reviews for a reason. Joined TrustPilot so I can
