The design ("Sea & Sand") is beautiful and the items arrived in perfect condition. Visually, the plates and bowl are exactly what I was looking for.

However, I was very disappointed by the material quality considering the price of over €200. The pieces are much lighter than expected and, in my personal opinion, do not feel like premium tableware in this price range.

To me, the material quality feels comparable to products available from retailers such as H&M, Zara etc. but at a significantly lower price point. While there is nothing wrong with the appearance, I do not feel that the overall quality justifies the cost.

I contacted customer service to ask whether a discount would be possible, as I would have preferred to keep the set rather than return it. My request was declined. I ultimately decided to keep the items because I like the design and because the return costs are relatively high.

Overall, beautiful aesthetics but disappointing value for money.

Really upset about my experience with this company.
Have bought two sets of sea and sand and had to order more because at first I didn’t understand why they were breaking.
It took a year and a few more hundred euro than I’m proud of - but I finally figured it out:
These plates are not heat resistant.
Not only in the dishwasher
Not only at 600W in the microwave
But even when you put hot food into the bowls (come on?!) they pop.
First it’s a small fissure, then it breaks (usually in half)
I’ve sent photos to customer service because this has happened so many times, but they don’t even answer.

Save your money.

Today we received our two 13-piece dinnerware sets (Costa Nova, Nova Turquoise) that we ordered from Bone & White, delivered to the Netherlands.
We were initially hesitant to place the order due to the limited number of reviews and some reports of items arriving damaged, but that concern turned out to be unnecessary.
We are extremely happy with our purchase - everything was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

I have ordered 2 Sets of the Riviera Blue (24 pieces in total). The material is really bad. Every plate has scratch marks from being stacked on top of each other. This means the plates always look dirty, because each one has abrasion marks in at least four places.

I contacted Bone&White twice and asked for the plates to be replaced. The first time, the response was that this could not have happened and that it had never occurred before. The second time, I received no reply at all.

The plates look beautiful, but the quality is very poor. Very disappointing.

Ok quick delivery, packed fine and no damage. Love the producers (Costa Nova and tea mug)

Dort nicht kaufen!!!! Null Kundenorientierung. Die Gläser sind grottenschlechte Qualität.habe sowas noch nie erlebt. Gläser sind angekommen, habe sie ausprobiert und nach 1 stunde das erste Glas gebrochen. Weder wurde es erstattet weil es nicht vom Transport kommt der schaden weder durfte ich die Gläser zurückgeben. Schlimmer geht es nicht!!!!!! Kein Recht auf Reklamation weder auf retoure.

Achtung nicht wirklich die Möglichkeit für Rücksendung (15€) die selbst bezahlt werden müssen bei fehlerhaften Artikel plus Mega schlechter Kundensupport
