Not good don't recommend. I placed on order 2 weeks ago paid express shipping and I still haven't got my items!! I messaged them asking where my items are they replied saying not in stock like why have something up on your website saying its in stock if its not! Its took them days to get back to me about a replacement item but I still haven't got my items but they are telling me they have been shipped but I haven't received an email. Dont recommend this company at all

The ease of ordering, price of products & delivery time was all on point! Unfortunately though my order was incorrect so I messaged through their chat option on their website which goes to a Facebook messenger message, still after 6 days I’ve had no response. I just messaged again if anyone could assist me and I got a message back straight away stating: “ Thanks for your message. We're away and can't respond at this time. We appreciate you getting in touch.” so not sure if this means they will eventually get back to me? Or they won’t? It’s especially annoying with the incorrect order arriving because I paid the extra $16 for express postage.

Ordered with express shipping and tracking but got no tracking whatsoever but not too bad seeing it came on day 5, had both cone piece’s come smashed though and still haven’t received an email back, not bad but overall could care a bit more about my stuff 😂 I don’t know how to reply so my order number is 20320

Every order is perfectly picked out could send some different items but really happy apart from a glass cone pieces was broken in delivery have message yous hope to hear back
