I am really enjoying Boody. I found a piece at a small retail boutique and that was a launch of a new favorite! It is comfortable, breathes and is very soft. I have even shared my experiences with my sister and she now is giving your product a try! I will say, sizing is a bit off. I have order 2 large Goodnight Sleep Pants, one black and one storm and the storm is larger and longer than the black. I have now ordered the same sleep pants in Dusty Pink in a large and I shall see how that large fits. Over I am very happy with my purchases!

The clothes don't shrink or lose shape after multiple washings.

I have had other Boody products which I bought at our local food Co-op some years ago, and thought were wonderful. I'd been eyeing the Boody bras on Instagram - I hate online advertising, but this one caught me. My old Walmart bras just weren't cutting it any more, so I ordered 2 t-shirt bras and was so pleased. Not only are they comfortable, but they're probably the best fitting and most flattering bras I have ever had. And, I love the bamboo fabric.

It is impossible to get a human to respond. It took me a lot of time to try & figure out how to do a return. The pink bra's straps cut into my skin where they are sewn into the back. It is hard to try on the bras with the very sharp tag cutting onto my skin that needs to be adjusted.

I appreciate the great customer service with a maternity bra that the strap snapped just from normal use. After contacting Boody they offered not only a replacement but they let me pick which bra and color and everything I wanted as the replacement. It’s already shipped and will be here soon. The quality of their items is great and I’m happy to see that their customer service matches that too.

I live in Canada & just after I placed my order, Canada Post went on strike stranding my package somewhere. I waited for a couple weeks then contact customer service. Explained situation & they were super receptive & went right to work investigating the whereabouts of my order. When they contacted me they offered me options of how we ciuld handle this situation. They could refund me my order or reship my items. I appreciated the time they took to help me with my situation, even when it wasnt their fault. Customer satisfaction is #1 with Boody... Thank you!!!

I needed to cancel an order and it was done promptly. I need to mention that since my request was made very soon after placing the order, the package hasn’t yet been sent by the company. I appreciate the service I received.

What great panties these are, Boody! They are comfortable and the fabric is very soft and well made. Now you’ve added the full briefs for us older ladies. I’ll try the full briefs my next order!
