Pads are NOT sewn in place
I bought a wireless tshirt bra because the description indicates that the bra has sewn in pads. That is NOT correct. There are pads sewn in pockets, but they are not sewn in place. After a wash, you still have to fiddle, fuss, flip and stretch to get the pad straightened out. You cannot easily adjust the pad since it's in a sewn pocket. Very poor design and I'm so sad I still have more store credit.
Boody responded that there are openings for the pad to be adjusted. That is also NOT correct. I'd happily send a photo, but they should know their product. There are no openings to adjust the pad, which leads to frustration. It's the worst design.

We’re truly sorry to hear that the Wireless T-Shirt Bra didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
To clarify, the padded inserts are intentionally sewn in only at the base to allow for four-way stretch and ensure comfort, support, and flexibility throughout wear — something that wouldn’t be possible with fully stitched-in pads. The side openings are designed to help with realigning the pads when needed.
That said, we hear your concerns and will pass this feedback along to our Design Team for future improvements.
While we're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your store credit, please know that we do accept returns or exchanges on bras.

This was my find time hearing and purchasing from Boody. My experience with Boodys customer service representative was fast and easy. The representative gave me Boodys return policy within minutes.
When I received my package I was so ecstatic. I couldn't believe my eyes finally a brand that believes in comfort and durability. The bras fit so perfectly. I am in awws. Also, the sleepwear pants are soft and so comfortable. I am in love. I will return for more. A+ bras and sleepwear. I am so happy with my purchase.

I had an issue with a package where only 1 item from my order ended up delivered to me long after I had ordered it and the item packaging was clearly damaged in transit.
The Boody team was happy to take care of me and ensure I received my full order by sending out a new shipment very quickly!

I have been ordering clothes and underwears for years from Boody and I love their products.
I received an order and one of my new bras had a defect.
I contacted the customer service and the lady was so nice!
After a few questions they sent me a new one very fast.
I am very happy and will keep ordering from them for sure.

Reduce the tags please - it's excessive. Repeat brand loyal customer
Great product, but the tags on arrival are out of control!! Plus, you can't get the sewn-in tags cutout entirely or you'll damage the stitching. All info is printed on the garment, so why all the tags? Otherwise, I love them and have been using them for years - just ordered a bunch again.

We hear you on the sewn-in universal label! We have had to include the label as we are now selling Boody in various countries, and we need a universal label to comply with various legislation regarding the language and washing instructions that need to be present on each garment.
To remove them, we recommend slightly stretching the elastic at the top of the label to pull the loose thread (which isn’t stitched in!), and the whole label should come off with no issue :)

Great product and service
I replied to a email from Boody that was checking in how I liked my purchases. There were 2 items I needed to returned and replied to the email requesting my order number. I immediately heard back with my order number and a link for the returns. Customer service was outstanding!!

Quality, comfortable and practical. Amazing customer service.
Boody is pricy but quality. In a day and age where cute underwear from top famous brands will fall apart in 6 months and their bras act will as tiny torture devices, I’m consistently addicted to the comfort and practicality of Boody. Their customer service is also unusually personal and persistent in making sure any issues are resolved.

Not as advertised
I ordered this underwear after seeing it in person and being told they were great and did not roll down. We went over sizing and I was a medium but I sized up to a large to make sure they didn't roll. The style was a full brief but they fit like a low rise and they roll down.
