I originally left a message upset about their return policy, having no exceptions for the return shipping even if something is not mentioned in their description. However, they were allowed me to exchange it for free, and I am really appreciative that they went above and beyond to satisfy one customer, so I revise my review and recommend this company.

Shopping with Boody was very easy: the website's UX design is very intuitive, making it easy to navigate; the checkout and payment processing systems is standard, and it conveniently allows for multiple methods of payments; the media showcasing the merchandise is true to the product's quality and offers multiple perspectives of the merchandise for better viewing; and shipping and delivery was sufficiently speedy, and the tracking systems was at par with today's standards.

Although, not so much of a fault as it is a concern, supply could run short for in-demand merchandise(s), which may be inconvenient for many.

Overall, I haven't had a bad experience as of yet, thus I'll positively recommend shopping with Boody not only for the overall shopping experience, but as well as for their mission and the nature of the business' practices, which is sustainability, environmental consciousness, and quality.

I love Boody so much. There products are wonderful, natural fibers, well designed, and so comfortable. They are well priced for the level of quality. Even their customer service is top notch, which is a rarity nowadays.

I made an error when i placed my order. I keyed my email in wrong! They helped me find my order and it arrived in a very timely manner! The fabric is wonderful. I’ve been wearing the leggings and undies for years and they hold up very well through all the washing

I love all my products from Boody. Good quality and healthy for my body. I only wish you offered more plus size options. The XL leggings fit but are almost too small. :)

I very much love the fabrics of the products I've purchased. They are soft and don't aggravate my nerve pain. I would buy more products if they came in tall sizes or expanded their 2XL line. I would replace all of my tshirts with these but it's just not possible if they aren't in a tall size.

I’ve purchased a few times, and the quality is always fantastic. My last shipment arrived damaged, and 2 items missing. I emailed the company, and they responded almost immediately. Within about a week, my replacements arrived. I was a bit skeptical my first time ordering (as IG and FB ads are always a crapshoot), but my items come nicely packaged, and quite quickly. And, as stated above, they didn’t even hesitate when I sent pics of the damaged/missing items. Excellent company!

Ordering was easy, and the product was delivered within the expected timeline

Unfortunately, the box arrived damaged on my first order, but the items inside were intact. I contacted customer service, and they immediately refunded me to ensure I had a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive and helpful they were.

Because of that, I decided to order again—and did. Sadly, the second package arrived with ripped bags. While the products themselves appear untouched, it seems like an issue with the delivery service.

I also need to return/exchange the bras I ordered, as they were too small. Thankfully, the return process looks simple and hassle-free.

The timeline the above is (May 14–26).

I will be exchanging the bras for my wife today.

I received my package, and it was mistakenly missing a couple of items. Boody customer service was helpful and I was able to get my items quickly.

I've liked Boody underwear and other clothing for years. However, I recently had a wonderful experience with their customer support that makes me even more of a fan. I had a pair of leggings that came apart at a leg cuff seam. I repaired it, but I thought I really should tell the company, because it was the first time anything I had owned of theirs had come apart. I was floored by their response. They asked for a photo, then thanked me for my feedback and gave me a credit for more Boody clothing. I hadn't expected anything like that sort of response. And then they checked in later just to see how I was doing. What an amazing crew of people.

I mistakenly gave Boody an incorrect address. Although my order had already been sent out (they had done so almost immediately/SO efficient) they pursued getting the order to me with great diligence and keeping me "in the loop" as things progressed with the mail system, both initating and responding to my requests with multiple emails. The assistance I received to take care of my mistake was impressive. I did receive my order and love their products for the non-toxicity, exceptional comfort and great fit!

I have encountered the best customer service from this company. There responses are punctual and personal and I have been satisfied completely with the results as well as great products!
Will definitely continue to give them business!

I had an issue with a product defect, and I reached out to Boody's customer service. After providing a few photos of the issue, they promptly sent a replacement item. Their customer service is top notch!

I ordered the wrong item and my customer experience was exceptional. And the fabric is so soft, no plastics.

My bra started to come undone in the straps and the team at Boody responded quickly to replace the item, I am grateful and would recommend them :)

The customer service is fantastic! I had a couple of issues with delivery in Canada that were complicated but the patience, helpfulness and kindness of the staff was amazing.
