Why is this business not being looked…

Why is this business not being looked into. I think action needs taken. Consumer rights or rip off Britain. I also returned all of order for which they returned a small amount. All were in the same parcel. Then another payment of 89 pound was taken from bank. This payment I am having trouble getting it back from them. I cant find anyway to get in touch. All the items I ordered are still showing as purchased and available for return.

The items I ordered were of poor…

The items I ordered were of poor quality and not like the photos. Returned them all. Having seen other reviews I made sure to not click credit for return (this is now default option).
The return was made over a month ago - fortunately I used Klarna due to it being a large order and have sent them evidence of my return however Boohoo are still not confirming this.
Avoid at all costs, you won’t get your refunds. Used to think it was a good company, clearly they are going out of business

Worst quality of clothes ever

Worst quality of clothes ever. Got my maternity wears from boohoo and I instantly regretted it. Trouser torn on first use, puffer jacket zip came off within 2 weeks,couldn’t use it anymore. The clothes starts bringing out lints within a few days as well. Horrible products.
The clothes are stylish, but quality is zero.

It took over a week to arrange a return pushing the date for refund back on purpose. There isn’t a direct contact system. It’s a bot. On email WhatsApp and Facebook. Then I’m asked ten times what the details are when they’ve been provided repeatedly. Then I am asked for photos of the denim jeans which are apparently non refundable and then I send the photos and I recieve a message saying sorry we don’t accept photos. Diabolical is the word. Disgusting customer service. Insulting. Offering extra 10% credit note. Never again. Bad material. Always to small or too big. Bad material, bad customer service. Bad company Lost a resale of £400. Useless I want my money back

They are a bad business they don't take care of their customers properly. I bought heels from them and they broke on the first wear and when I asked for a refund they ignored me. I sent multiple multiple emails and they still ignored me. Do not buy from this company I repeat do not buy from this company.

DO NOT waste your time with this useless low life scamming website. used to be a trustworthy website now they just take your money, its impossible to return and if you are lucky to make a return you do not get your money back. they say i have clicked a gift card, who in the right mind would click a gift card return for this awful website. They must be in debt and have led themselves to have to scam and steal from us all. how does the owner of this company even sleep at night? vile disgusting behaviour, company needs shutting down asap. good riddance boohoo, the worst unreliable, untrustworthy, stealing low life waste of space of a website.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - SCAMMERS
I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star. Avoid at all costs.
Takes money for premiere delivery but will NEVER send your clothes and get them next day, doesn’t refund for all items, will pick and choose what they’re refunding and then will ask for never ending proof of the parcel. Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with. After ordering with boohoo for around 10 years, this is the last time I will ever order anything.

If I could give them 0 I would. I’m shocked you have customers left at this point.

Placed a big order and had to send over half back because the quality and sizing was terrible! Only to realise that they automatically select “voucher” when doing the return. Can I just say I’ve ordered soo many times and this was new to me!! I went back a step and reselected “original payment method”. I sent the items back and then got an email with a voucher. Not what I wanted when all the clothing is crap!!

Customer service completely refused to help me or refund me!!

Fast forward a couple weeks I had to spend the voucher (that I didn’t want). I placed another order and paid with the voucher and £40 cash. Shock again I had to send stuff back!! So I requested on Facebook chat for all the cash to be refunded first then send the difference via voucher again. They as usual were absolutely useless and apparently couldn’t help because “I’d selected voucher as the refund method”. Well no I f**cking didn’t as that’s the last thing I’d request at this point!! Contacted them again and asked them to rectify or I would go to the ombudsman and they point blank refused to do anything again!!! Disgusting and not to mention breaking the consumer law. Never using them again!

Ordered a dress. It was y first order. It was tight so had to send back. I could not find my order number as not in parcel. I emailed them and Kai helped me. The response was so quick, why impresses.

I have used boohoo for years and never…

I have used boohoo for years and never had a problem, not sure what has happened to their customer service. I returned items back in March and they received them via Inpost on the 1st of April, I am still yet to recieve any email or refund and no communication despite messaging. They owe we over £50, once this is sorted I will be closing my account.

I am absolutely appalled by Boohoo

I am absolutely appalled by Boohoo’s handling of my refund.

I returned my items and explicitly selected a refund to my original payment method. This was ignored. Instead, Boohoo claim to have issued a gift card which I have never received. At this point, I have neither my money nor any usable credit.

Customer service has been completely ineffective. Response times are at a snail’s pace, and when replies do come through, they are clearly copy-and-paste responses that fail to address the issue. There is no accountability, no investigation, and no resolution.

This is not just poor service, it is potentially a breach of consumer rights, as customers are entitled to refunds via their original payment method unless they explicitly agree otherwise. I did not.

It is extremely concerning to see how many other customers are reporting the exact same issue. This suggests a wider, systemic problem with Boohoo’s refund practices.

I have now escalated this through PayPal and will be considering further action, including reporting this matter to Trading Standards.

Based on my experience, I strongly warn others to think twice before purchasing from Boohoo. If something goes wrong, do not expect a fair or timely resolution — or even to receive your money back at all.

If I could give zero I would. Boohoo is a complete scam. They take extra money through “SEEL” who are thieving scum bags. Then boohoo- must be on purpose send incorrect items and sizes to get money off you. I haven’t had one item delivered correctly but spent over £20 with nothing being delivered correctly. So I still have no item. Don’t make my mistake. Choose another provider

Warning Do Not buy from here

Returned an item and asked for refund to card for payment and they refunded to gift card, no notice of any kind to inform you gift card is only valid for 90 days. Now lost over £100 and customer service is only via chat and never respond

Boohoo - avoid !!!!

Boohoo was my go-to online retailer, but now I am closing my account when I eventually receive my refund.

Be aware as a consumer of the following:

1. Customer Service - Normally takes a week or more to respond to the first question, a week for the second and so on.

2. You need to beg and show all proof of returns on more than one occasion. Looking at approximately 5 weeks for a refund.

3. If you receive a faulty item, Boohoo will try to bargain with incremental discounts to keep the item.

I ordered a pair of boots but there was only one in the packaging. Trying to get anywhere with their customer service is like Groundhog Day, they are absolutely woeful. I told them I needed the boots by this Friday as I am going away but I have apparently been transferred to an advisor who will contact me when they can as they're very busy! That will probably be never and if they ever do no doubt I will have to go through the whole story over again. Remind me never to buy from this company again! 😡

Never ever again I would order from…

Never ever again I would order from this company. I have received parcel, request refund lable, returned items, ALL, provided proof of receipt...now they telling me its not the right receipt provide the correct one. I have rang Inpost provided tracking number what boohoo sent it to meand Inpost told me the tracking number wasnt even registered from their side. I also provided my receipt tracking number and its also incorrect. Inpost told me that Boohoo need to provide CORRECT tracking number but boohoo asking me to provide correct receipt of the refund....and what shall I do now..draw that receipt for them. People do NOT order frlm this scam company.

Stay away from this company they have lied and said I asked for a gift card rather than a refund for 189.00 this was not true . I did this through Klarna returned the items , they are issuing a gift card leaving me to repay Klarna . I am refusing as this is fraudulent and disceiptful . Placed an order on the 10th April

Placed an order on the 10th April. I am a premier customer and was completely fuming when I saw they were offering only standard delivery at 4days so I contacted as I thought there was an issue I was told they have a right to withdraw offers at any time! Okay.. I placed the order anyway on the 4th day it was still showing in progress I contacted them again I was told at 8.40pm to give until the end of the day it will be delivered. This was utter nonsense as a parcel that is still showing as pending and not dispatched cannot physically be delivered. I voiced that no response. It passed the day I was told to wait until and I messaged again! Now they have the audacity to tell me to wait until 25th for what!!! Premier next day delivery.. they even said if I have no update by then to reach out (probably wait 2 weeks for a response) and request a replacement or refund! No shit Sherlock! this will probably take another 15 days to respond! The only time I’ve waited this long for a delivery is when the parcel is coming from abroad! I wish someone would just release a statement on the status of the company because seriously this is going from bad to worse all whilst they have my money!

Boohoo UK Avoid at all costs. Took My Money: Nothing Delivered, No Support

absolutely unacceptable experience with Boohoo UK. I placed an order on April 4th (Order Number: UK1127493774) and paid for express delivery. To this day, April 15, the order is still marked as “Pending” with zero progress. The Evri tracking has been stuck on “We’re expecting it” since the beginning, which strongly suggests the parcel was never even properly dispatched. What makes this situation even worse is the complete absence of customer service. I have tried every possible way to get in touch, replying to the order email, using the website, the app, WhatsApp, and Facebook, all non-editable buttons and not a single response has been received via email. It is as if customer support simply does not exist. This is beyond disappointing, it is unacceptable for a company of this size. Taking payment for express delivery and then providing no delivery, no updates, and no support is simply not serious. I have now requested a full refund to eu.boohoo.com , including delivery costs, and I am still waiting. I strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering. If something goes wrong, you are completely on your own. Avoid at all costs.
