I had previously bought booknooks for my adult children. There was a misadventure with the booknook that I had ordered for Christmas 2025, for my granddaughter and their partner. Suffice to say it never showed up. In April 2026, I received a notification that it had shipped but again it never arrived. I had been in contact with the company via email without much success until Julie stepped in. She researched ghe issue and had the booknook shipped. They received the booknook and started putting it together immediately.
