I waited over 30 minutes for a taxi…
I waited over 30 minutes for a taxi only for it to be cancelled. When I called I was told the driver cancelled and it’ll be 10 minutes then got a whole load of attitude from the driver when I questioned why it was cancelled as it was the same driver!!! Evo is VERY unreliable and unprofessional it’s a shame as they do have some good drivers but in case of an important event or emergency I wouldn’t recommend and this is coming from a regular customer of 6 years

We were met in Arrivals and taken to the car. No waiting outside looking for the taxi to turn up. Nice clean car that could take our luggage and safely driven home. A nice experience after a long flight

Worst unreliable taxi service
It’s the worst taxi service, I have experienced. I booked 10 days in advance and still no one showed up for school drop. After repeated calls they allocated a driver after 30mins and we missed our school drop completely. Worst! Unreliable! Untreatable!
