I have used FHR Airport Services on a number of occasions. I have found them to be very helpful. I recently emailed customer service for a copy of my booking, which was sent to me immediately. I can not fault them.

Great company and super prices for car parking. Had to amend our times for the carpark and they got back to us less then 24 hours later. Fab service. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Have used them many times in the past few years and always the cheapest price. Will continue to use FHR when flying out from Edinburgh.

Booked car parking for 10 days with FHR airport services and accidentally deleted the booking confirmation. I emailed and they replied and resent the confirmation within 24 hours.

I had previously booked car parking but this was a while ago. I couldn’t remember who I booked my car with. I sent an email and it was replied very quickly and confirmation of the parking that I needed

I booked the wrong date for picking up our car and didn’t notice before I paid and completed the booking. I emailed them and they replied within 24 hours and changed the booking to the correct date. Speedy and efficient service.

Our flight was changed by the airline which n want we had to rearrange the parking at Manchester. Kirstie at FHR was very helpful and ultimately saved us a good few quid on fees due to their daily fee adjustments.

I set too generous a time for parking- drop off too soon and pick up too late. I emailed in to customer support with my flight times. They worked out the best times for me and changed them accordingly with no charge

FHR we're quick to fix an issue for me, I had just made a booking a few days before arrival, however unfortunately I needed to put that car in the garage. Thankfully it was very easy to amend the booking to an alternative car, at no extra cost. Thank you FHR, you made an otherwise stressful day that little bit easier!

Exceptional I wanted to cancel a booking and rebook and the operator was excellent did it all for me and stayed with me until I had confirmed everything and the refund that I would be getting - excellent service
